Patina 250 - Restaurant in Buffalo - 250 Delaware Ave, USA

Not many places were open for Thanksgiving, but this gem was! The food was phenomenal, the service impeccable and the ambiance was festive! Nice sized crowd but it was the perfect spot for dinner. If you're in Buffalo NY, please give this spot a try. I promise, you will not be disappointed.

I made reservations for a business meeting and not only did I impress my co-workers but I was impressed also. The food was delicious and the service was phenomenal... The place is cozy and classy but most importantly comfortable. Tyler was is awesome and he made the experience feel grand. Great for all occasions Ten 👍👍👍👍👍

Great atmosphere... Comfortable seating within private cubicles for an intimate meal... I enjoyed the chicken dish and my family enjoyed the Scottish Salmon and Lobster Risotto.... The gin was also a good choice....

Another fantastic meal at Patina 250 in downtown Buffalo! I've dined here several times over the past few years, and every visit has been absolutely wonderful. Beautiful modern decor, friendly staff, excellent spot-on service! The wait staff and management are attentive to your every need. The food is high quality made with fresh and flavorful ingredients. There is also a spacious bar area to stop and have drinks. You can pull right up to the main entrance of the Westin Buffalo Hotel. The valet will meet you promptly at the door. They are also conveniently located near the theater and entertainment district.

My husband and I reserved a table on Christmas , a month or so in advance. When we go there for our reserved time, we had to wait which is fine. We were seated right at the entrance as they said they had no more tables left, again odd but not a problem. The food was delicious but unfortunately they seemed to forget about us several times. First, our appetizers were brought out 22 minutes apart. When the main meal came, the same thing happened, except we had to remind the waiter we were still waiting for the second main. The second main was brought out, but given to the table next to us. When the server came back, the table who received our main asked about the dish saying they didn’t recall ordering that - to which the server responded « on the house ». My husband flagged the server down and mentioned we think he gave the other table our food. He apologized and we waited another 15 minutes before getting our food. Dessert was brought out just fine. The food was good, but the service was awful. I would not come here again.

Terrible first experience. 15 of us made a reservation for a Monday night. Sat down by 7:30. Server greeted us quickly, and explained the menu. We ordered a lot of apps, and she read it back to us twice. The apps we did receive were great, however after our plates were cleared, we noticed we never got two apps. I asked the server if the cauliflower was still coming out and she said “do you still want it?” After some time passes we finally get the appetizer I asked for, but now none of us have plates because they’ve been cleared. We never received the other appetizer. Our entrees took over a hour and a half. Didn’t get our food until 9:45. At this point we were the only table in there. One of us asked if the entrees would be coming soon and we were told 2 minutes. 15 more minutes go by. We all work in the service industry so we are understanding. But this was ridiculous. None of our food was hot, and the steak was over cooked. Not to mention the birthday girl who was sitting at the head of the table was served last. My brisket was dry and flavorless. When she started to clear plates I asked for mine boxed up and never received it. Another person at the table explained to the manager how we were unhappy, and she asked if taking a round of drinks off would be enough. The server reminded us again when we got the bill that because we were in the industry, we received a free appetizer which was nice, but not when we didn’t get the items we ordered?! This could’ve been handled much better, we were rarely checked on while waiting for our food. Overall a very disappointing experience.

What a meal. The wife and I started with the octopus. This was the best octopus we have ever had. It was tender and very delicious. It was so good we ordered another one after our entrée. My wife had the duck. It was well prepared and seasoned perfectly. The sweet potato puree it was served on was a perfect pairing. I had the lobster risotto. The risotto was perfectly prepared. I only wish there was a bit more lobster and not chopped up, I would have preferred some bigger slices. The waiter, John, was very nice. My only complaint about the whole experience was the lack of attention from our waiter. In my opinion, he had too many tables to be more attentive to each. My wife and I had our appetizer before we had our cocktails. The desserts were a perfect ending to a perfect dinner. Overall, Patina 250 impressed me as a whole. This is a perfect restaurant for anniversaries, birthdays, or special events.

In town for just a short time, we were surprised to find this exclusive gem of a dining destination. Not as much about the venue as it was about the talented staff, Taylor knocked it out of the park! Be sure to request her when you visit. We returned again two days later to celebrate our 22-year wedding anniversary, again a fantastic experience.
