Passkey has consistently provided prompt, professional computer support for my business and for me personally. Their team members are very skilled as well as courteous. Most recently, Mae helped me quickly resolve an email issue. Her speedy response and patience as she stayed on the phone with me to ensure the problem was fully resolved were very helpful. I have worked with Passkey for almost 20 years through different employers. Besides having multiple techs who are each experts in various areas, management makes sure they are professional, polite, and easy to work with. I have even had the owner speak at my professional insurance association meetings about Cyber security, IT Trends, etc. He is glad to do it and is a wonderful speaker.Their reputation in the Twin Cities area is spotless, their prices are fair and their prepay Alliance program is even better!
