Very disappointed with Jeff. I came in for a road test with a student and sat at the entrance by the front door. The lady at the front desk told me nicely that if I went in by the windows I had to leave my beverage at her counter which was not a problem. This guy named Jeff comes out and rudely tells me that I can’t have my beverage sitting by me after I was told that it was fine. I have a high liking of this office because of the staff but if it was run by rude and arrogant people that think they know all I would go elsewhere. He needs to come back down to earth and treat people with respect just like he wants. No reason to act like that!

Great service!! I went Sat morning (ONLY Open to Pasco County Residents FYI) and they were handing out tickets of our place in line half-an hour early. It reminded me a lot of the chick-a-filet style of service. Great job, got me in am done Fast!

This might be the only DMV I've ever been to that isn't apparently located directly over a hell-mouth. Big, bright, clean, lots of seating, well-staffed with courteous people, and quick. What more could you ask for?

The supervisor, George, is very rude and not helpful, so this location needs people to be polite, not like this class of person, I hope when I come back this guy doesn't be working in this location.

I showed up at 4:30 today. The place was deserted. They refused to renew my tag because they now no longer take non Pasco residents after 4pm. I've been going to this location for 30 years. A complete joke and waste of time. My tags expire tomorrow. Really pisses me off.

Having just moved here from CT and knowing how hellish the DMV can be, I was extremely surprised by how efficient this location is! I checked in, received my number and before I could even sit down, I was called. I truly thought I misheard the announcement. Jessikah was amazing and zipped me right through the licensing process. I was legitimately in and out in 20 minutes with new license in hand! Phenomenal facility and staff!

I wish i could give this place a 0 star review. I drove an hour away for the dmv because the hernando county dmv isnt open on saturdays. I work most days a week and cant afford to miss any work and wait all day. Cant even sign in and told to sit in the corner. People are rude here.

I have to say, the knowledge that Stephanie has is outstanding to the highest level, this lady went out of her way with dedication of kindness which is so rare to see these days. Stephanie is a credit too you're department 100%.
