The staff is friendly, the techs are knowledgeable. The pricing is moderate. They have a support system to get things done. If you have a problem, yo they’ll solve it. Plumbing, Heating or Cooling, or Electrical. They do it all, just give them a call! You won’t regret it.
Every step along the process was top shelf. After 22 years our HVAC system finally died on us. We got 4 bids.Paschal was competitive and was able to get the install done the quickest. Our salesman was Mark and he did a solid job on communication and follow up. Our installer was Travis. Fantastic job! Overall our experience with Paschal was a full 5 stars. Great communication, professionalism and they did what they said they would do. Very pleased!
Daniel Queen was excellent! Great customer service! Found the issue and explained what he would recommend. He was able to get unit cooling again and will be out to fix our geothermal once part has been ordered and arrives!

The tech, Zach, was very professional and quickly diagnosed our problem. He explained all of our options thoroughly and quickly made the repair and got us up and running again. Our unit failed Sunday morning and the service was completed Monday afternoon. Very prompt and much appreciated in this August heat wave!

Once I received the mail out regarding the rebates they offered, I called and was set up with a time and date for someone to come and speak with us. Our salesman, Mark (who was BEYOND incredible and only worried about giving us what WE wanted and needed) was just the first step in our experience. Next we met the install technician, Travis (and his partner) who went above and beyond our expectations to make sure that we were taken care of very well!
