I do a good number of reviews on Google, and this place, for the hype, did not impress me. The food is good and the service was good. The hype is probably that it's the best-looking restaurant in Eagle Pass. My steak was cooked the way I wanted. I ordered the Tampiquena.
The tampiqueña plate was good, and the enchiladas rojas were a little bit bland. The flavor of the chile for the enchilada was there, but no, that good. The grill panela cheese is a great appetizer, and the ambiance is a little too dark it just needs some more light. Service was not good that day, and it was not as busy as usual. I requested napkings to 3 employees, and no one will bring them. I just went to the bar and grabbed some. Food is usually great, and I guess it depends on the day and the staff that is there to have a good service.
The food and atmosphere were wonderful. Definitely will stop there again if I'm in Eagle Pass.

I had the 20oz T-bone steak, food was average, service was great, and I liked the atmosphere.
As authentic as it gets! The place is packed and the staff is super friendly and the atmosphere is warm and inviting. The Ahi tuna appetizer is out of this world and a must get!!! Enchiladas with steak on top wonderful. Shrimp and garlic, fresh and bursting with flavor… wow!
First time here and I had a great time. The fajitas were delicious. I fell in love with the beef rib pieces. They were charred to perfection. I ate most of them myself. The charro beans and rice combo are a must.
We had a group of 20 people. They accommodated us in a separate room which was much quieter than the main dining room. Five of us shared the Parillada Special which was very tasty and filling.

If you are looking for delicious authentic breakfast in Eagle Pass. This is the place to go. Flour tortillas are homemade. The building is old but the building is clean and that for me is important. The staff is friendly and treat customers great.

This place has very good breakfast. From tacos to full meal plates. You won't go wrong trying any of the plates. You can either order to go on dine in. The outside can have a better maintance but the inside is alot better. Parking area is significant
