Great park in the hills above Santa Barbara. Several hilly trails that take you around to the beginning. Beautiful views. Watch out for Rattlers and be prepared to hike uphill!
It was a beautiful spot!!! Expected it to be a higher altitude to see the sunset and ended up running the trails instead because it's kind of a valley. But absolutely stunning none the less!!! Highly recommend if you're looking for a nice nature trail without many people around!!!
It's a decent hike. Nice views from the top. You can see George Michael's old house...kinda. Some decent uphill but not too crazy.
Great park for several reasons. If you're into foraging, you may find some luck here. If you paraglide, it is a great landing zone for P2s who can't shoot for eastbeach yet. With 2 LZ sites to choose from, upper Parma and lower Parma. Upper is considered a more advanced LZ due to obstacles (trees and rocks). Lower is supposedly the safer option but is quite an uphill landing, imo. I only use it as a bailout landing if I mess up on landing upper. The newly cut trails, on the other hand, are ehhhhh. Very spaghetti brain made and the longest route possible.....
Excellent park for picnicking, hiking, biking, or taking a dog for a walk. A bit more challenging than other parks due to the terrain.
Perfect season to enjoy magnificent views from this trail
green, beautiful fun little hike. not hard, easy to navigate. lots of different trails which all lead to the same place.
A great hiking spot with a range of moderate to difficult hikes. Great views of ocean and good workout. Lots of sun!
This park is great for people of all ages. The large wooden structure playground is so much fun for children. There are many beautiful gardens and a duck pond. The paths are easy to walk and it is just a very enjoyable experience. There are green pat
Great little park for a short walk or for a BBQ. They also have plenty of picnic tables if you want to have lunch after hiking rattlesnake canyon. There's a paved path which is great if you are mobility impaired , but also several walking and hiking
A massive park with incredible hiking and recreation options. Costs money to enter on weekends (and was told cash only). Epic views on top of mountains overlooking the ocean and the whole city. A sight worth seeing.
Nice park and beach. Beach has a bit of driftwood, but not a problem. Water is swimmable, surf was much lower than other beaches closer to Malibu. Plenty of parking available - $18 per day.
The best place ever for any type of festivity, and festival, really nice people. Crashing into a party may be challenging but worth it. Depending on the type of party holding a can of beer (an empty one works) helps to be seen as a valid guest.
Beautiful and quiet. You will need to descend to get to the beach that has a rocky part but manageable - just be careful when walking. We visited on 1/2/23 so the weather wasn't so great due to the pineapple express system that was moving through,
For me, my Bar Method classes are as important as taking my vitamins! I have been going regularly for nearly two years now and I feel so strong and healthy. The instructors go through a lot of training so you can count on having a good, challenging c
The best F45 I've been to. Class was packed with almost 50 members. All the coaches, specifically Coach Katrina, found time to motivate and challenge me through one of the best workouts I've had in months.
