Parkway Inn - Motel in Eugene - 568 W 7th Ave, USA

On the surface it seems a classic American motel. But the staff take great care to make it more. They are professional and courteous and make sure the facility is in very good order. The location is also fantastic.

Great location within walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go. Rooms are clean. Family owned and very friendly. We had a great time!

This family owned inn has a great location directly off of the highways and very friendly staff. The room was very clean, the shower was with strong hot water pressure, the bed was warm, and the the mini fridge was very effective. They cleaned my room very thoroughly while I was gone at my conference. I only stayed 2 nights and they were kind to me my entire stay. Only a 10 minute walk to downtown area and maybe 5 minutes to the Holt Center. Thank you, Parkway Inn. :)

Perfect place to land after a late night flight. Beds comfortable, clean, easy check in, great location. All the basics covered.

Location is t the greatest, surrounding areas have many interesting individuals wandering around and lots of tagging on/in back alley. Motel itself was clean, decent size room, walls are thinner. AC worked well. Memory foam mattress on bed. Shower head worked great! Service animals are allowed, with no fees. TV fully functional and room had fridge, microwave. NO coffee pot 😞😓😩 Would stay again, price was reasonable, right in downtown area!

Great Family hotel clean and friendly safe location. Staff was so helpful to find car rental in area too. Would 200 times over stay again here no doubt. Best experience

Very basic budget motel, but clearly trying hard with very clean room despite lean facilities. Fresh paint, comfortable bed. No smoke smell in non-smoking room, contrary to another review. Very helpful about my arrival at 1 a.m. Quiet location although sound audible from rooms adjacent or above when other guests inconsiderate. Easy walking distance to downtown and UO/Autzen Stadium, Glad I took my own pillow and blanket to supplement thin supplies provided. Heating/fan/AC well-controlled.

This a a great, no frills motel run by a very friendly and helpful family. I was traveling home from a work trip and I was having a pretty rough day. Check in was fast and easy, and the interactions with the staff brought a smile to my face. The rooms are clean and quiet, and the location made it easy to get right back on the road in the morning.
