Parkway House Restaurant - Family restaurant in Albemarle - 515 NC, NC-24, USA

We enjoyed a family celebration at the restaurant. Our food was good and service was excellent.

First time eating here, and it was good. Seemed a little absent of adult leadership, in my opinion. Don't get me wrong, the staff were very friendly and responsive. It's the little things like sweeping up and wiping down. To end on a positive note, the cookies at the register are delicious.

I was recommended by a co-worker so we stopped on our lunch break I had the flounder with fries and coleslaw the food was hot and fresh just how I like it the only drawback was that the fish and fries needed season and the coleslaw taste like it was just made and had not marinated because the mayonnaise flavor was over powering. Sorry no photos I only had 30 minutes left on my lunch break. But I will return again 😁

Food was quickly delivered that was the only up side. Waiting to get seated, on the check, and everything else was bad. My table was dirty and there was trash on the floor. Food wasn't that great. I have definitely had better tasting and more cost effecient breakfast at places like Waffle House.

This restaurant has homestyle cooking. It's very good and they give big portions. Big menu. The ladies there are very nice and attentive. They were busy but we still got our food fast.

I have eaten at other Parkways before and the food was always bad and so was the service so i cringed when my friend suggested I eat here when the diner I chose was closed. This turned out to be the best one. Young lady was super nice and friendly and did a great job. The food was better than the others. I could eat here again.

Service was great. Sadly my wife and I both got food poisoning from eating there. We both had something different. I would advise everyone not to eat there. The food has always been hit and miss on whether it was good or not but never made us sick.
