Parks Residential Richardson - Extended stay hotel in Richardson - 2220 N Glenville Dr, USA

We stayed here for two weeks and everything was up to the mark and exceptional. Very clean and tidy. The beds are comfortable, great amenities are in the rooms. Swimming pool, Lovely kitchente with dishwasher, stove, washing machine and dryer machine. Was a home-like feeling. The coffee machine in the lobby with a variety of flavors and free bottled water available 24 hours. Excellent customer service! Will definitely choose Parks Residential again. Kudos to the beautiful ladies, and thank you very much for everything you did for our pleasant stay.

We stayed here for a week and everything was great. Beds are comfortable, great amenities are in the rooms, and they also have a wonderful coffee machine in the lobby plus free bottled water. Nothing to complain. Excellent customer service! Will be back. Welldone and thank you very much ladies!

This is going to be a bit of a novel so bear with me. There are so much to say about the staff and the property at Park residential. My family and I were displaced from a storm. we are very fortunate to have the opportunity to have temporary housing in this included hotel stay for a week prior to coming to this location. If you’ve ever been displaced, then you know, it is highly disruptive and deeply emotional. It can be very taxing. We arrived on site. We were greeted warmly and treated with the upmost care. As our stay persisted, and we realize this would be more long-term, spanning several months, we quickly realized the benefit of staying in one location for the long term, creating a sense of normalcy with our routine. Renea And her staff are some of the most professional team members I’ve come across. Their ability to multitask by supporting all of their customers, keeping a smile, warm, greeting, you, promptly attending to any and all issues, and the bonus of having an espresso machine, downstairs was amazing. Personally, the additional help of a wonderful, hard-working, housekeeping, staff that came in once a week alleviated a lot of additional stress for me as I regain a routine. At the point we were supposed to move into another property, more long-term, we worked very hard with our insurance company, or I should say they went above and beyond, to work with our insurance company, to help my family. It sincerely meant the world to me to know that I could unpack and exhale. The property is located close to major highways, has great lighting, outdoors, and awesome swimming pool and fitness center. it is clean and modern best of all, I was able to bring my companion, a chocolate lab, with us. There are zero complaints regarding noise or safety from my perspective. My entire family feels comfortable and right at home. I want to extend my warmest appreciation specifically to the staff at Park residential, for their professionalism and bright attitudes. It does matter. The details matter. Thank you all.

Renea, the manager of this location is absolutely horrible. My fiance spoke with them her to get pricing on a 2 bedroom extended stay and this was Thursday May 16, 2024. We also was waiting on the answer from apartments to verify if we needed the extended stay so we setup a tour for Monday, May 20, 2024 but was unable to make it due to personal reasons. He then went up there to tour the location on Tuesday, May 21st, and they stated that pets were okay. My fiance came home to tell me about the location and we decided to go with them and Renea called back Tuesday before we was able to reach out to verify if we found accomodations for our pet. We stated that they was supposed to follow up with us about the pet policy and Renea stated "oh no, your dog can't come". We stated okay and found a place for our baby to stay until we were able to leave the location and came in Wednesday May 22nd to reserve a place and they went off on my fiance while I was on the phone recording. I called the front desk to verify why they were being so rude to him and what he did, they refused service to us and didn't want to answer a thing. Once my fiance went back in to verify why they were refusing service, Valor stated because I asked why they were being so rude to us. At that same time, Renea walks out to state that she has already explained why she was refusing service and that he was now trespassing on the property so they will have to call the police. They treated my fiance VERY unprofessional and once we asked for Corporates number, Valor stated she does not know it and put me on hold to get Renea's number. When I stated that was the wrong number, they then stated that they don't have a corporate office so no number to provide and released the call. Very unprofessional and will find a way to report the workers up there because no human should be treated the way they treated us. They also had the nerve to ask why we needed to move in the first place, did we not pay rent at our previous location or have problems there to where we got kicked out. They racially profiled us and made it a point to no provide service to us due to us not reserving a room when they wanted us too.||It's not called Water walk any longer, it's called Parks Residential and I would not recommend them off of customer service, the place itself are beautiful but the ugly personalities that work there will destroy it for you.

Front desk representative Vitor gave me excellent service. He showed me a couple of rooms. In fact everyone in this hotel is very friendly and very professional. It's a very clean hotel. Business trip or family trips it doesn't matter it's perfect for both.

The hotel part might be decent and that’s what you tour. DO NOT SIGN A LEASE. The elevators are broken for weeks at a time, I don’t know how they expect disabled people to live there or even how that’s legal. The smoke detectors will go off full-blast for 12-24hrs and they say they’ll get to it when they get to it and then maintenance will just barge in a day later without warning. The internet is unusable on a GOOD day but it is out most days. The other residents are questionable. Parking is absurd. The management sucks up until your name is on the dotted line then they treat you like an inconvenience.

an extended business stay of 5 weeks was the definition of productive, enjoyable and relaxing due to the exceptional staff. the property is in excellent condition due to the groundskeeping and cleaning crew’s attention to detail. renea and her hospitality team go above and beyond to make sure your stay is up to expectations, and the rates are incredibly competitive for the richardson area. i will certainly be back!
