Parker's Motel - Motel in Lincoln - 750 US-3, USA

Clean, simple, and affordable. My partner and I have now stayed twice at Parker’s Motel for our weekend hiking trips (traveling from ME) and we absolutely love it. We even arrived late the other evening and the gentleman at the front desk waited up past 10pm to check us in. The rooms are very clean and the beds are comfy. Also, not sure if all rooms have this but we’ve always had a cute balcony outside our room where we can sit down and drink coffee in the morning. Highly recommend this spot!

Room 17 was grimy and falling apart this time although I had two pleasant stays in other rooms in 2021 & 22. The beds are very cushy and deep, which I like but some people may dislike. The water pressure is very good. But room 17 needs a deep clean worse than any motel I've been to. The bedsheets were clean and that's it. The chairs had raised gunk and dried spills The bathroom had a nursing home/BO smell. A tile was loose and coming off the floor in the bathroom and many spaces needed grout. The radiators and bed headboard had thick layers of dirt and dust. The walls and other surfaces could be so easily washed down with softscrub and a rag that I wonder why the owners don't just try. Stains on chairs and unreplaced old furniture is understandable but this was wild. I did not raise my concerns with the staff. I suspect rooms with two queens are still OK and rooms with one king like 17 need a deep clean.

We visited with two adult daughters. We wanted to hike and see spring waterfalls. We got two large rooms with a connecting door, each furnished with two queen beds and refrigerators, as well as microwave and coffee makers. I like being able to open windows. The beds are comfortable and towels restocked our first morning. Parkers is an older property. The carpet is worn but it obviously is cleaned regularly so I wasn't uncomfortable with the wear-staining and I prefer that properties not add to our landfills too often. The two rooms we got cost just a little more than one room in a chain hotel. Our dog was welcome for a modest fee.

We visited 2 rooms, both wer different but VERY clean. There was an A/C Unit and a microwave in the room i we wer. Clean Outdoor pool. One of the best price/quality motel we'v ever been. Slept well, it was quiet, not surrounded by other motels, compared to the other motels nearby. Good service at the front desk, Highly recommend!

Great location right at the entrance to Franconia Notch on historic Route 3 in North Lincoln! Clean affordable rooms a fantastic pool

Got this last minute and they stayed late to get me checked in which they didn't have to do. The place was clean and the bed was comfortable. I'm 6'3 and the stand up shower was good as well. I will stay here again when I come back up.

I have a vivid memory of coming to Lincoln on a ski vacation with my father when I was a very young teen (23~25 years ago) and staying here….I remember the view being spectacular and the location being pretty awesome as well. Nothing but good memories and judging by photos…it hasn’t changed. Might not be 5star hotel but I give it 5 stars if you are looking for a local-cozy-discrete spot to enjoy the season and family.

The location and view are absolutely phenomenal. Just minutes to the Flume Gorge! The rooms are adequate and good for a place to sleep/ hang out between hikes. The door to our balcony didn't close all the way, but the heat works well enough that it would probably still be fine even in winter.
