Had a great and quick trip down to Clearwater. Found this property on AirBNB. Was exactly as it was presented, no tricks. A great property. Was exactly what I like when traveling now. Private property, kitchen, coffee maker, two bathrooms, parking spot. Everything we needed for a quick trip. If I was to ever get back down to Clearwater, would beyond a doubt rent from them again.
Wow awesome place to stay in the Clearwater area. The rooms were clean, and the pools were well maintained. We even saw manatees on the property dock. The resort is conveniently located within walking distance to so many restaurants, bars, and Pier 60. Anything we asked that we needed was quickly supplied. And the value for the money was excellent. Several times I had to interact with Lea and Anna and they were so accommodating and nice! I highly recommend Parker Manor resort, we will be returning!
I have stayed here twice in the last year! It is a great place to stay and so close to the beach! There are two pools as well. I really loved having my morning coffee on the dock too!
This was a great find. We will sure try to make it back. This was our first Airbnb and it did not disappoint. Was fully loaded for all our needs; very clean, comfortable bed. A bonus for me I like to sleep under a ceiling fan I was so thankful for that. My husband especially like that their was a nice recliner in living room like the ones we have at home. They had everything the nicer Hotels have and more. More like being at home. Better than any Hotel or Motel. We had a 5 day stay beautiful water location. Quiet and so peaceful. We had so many wonderful options within walking distance for restaurants, beach and so many things to do too choose from. Thanks so much Lea and Anna our stay was outstanding. If I could give more stars I would.
Great find! We made the reservation because of the beautiful patio at the back, but everything was amazing! Location is great, you can visit Dunedin, Indian Rocks and even Sarasota and Tampa within minutes. The place is perfectly clean and cozy and the owners are constantly in touch in case you need anything, which we didn’t. We’d definitely come back.
I stayed here in May 2023 for a weekend trip with my sister. Our flight got super delayed and Anna was super understanding of that which alleviated some of the stress. Because our flight was delayed, I decided we should stay one more day to make up for lost time & once again, Anna was very accommodating and allowed us to extend our stay one more day. They have a lovely little property with a good sized pool that overlooks the water. It’s a short walk to the beach & a lot of restaurants nearby. They have a lot of activities by the pool such as billiards & ping pong. Beautiful crushed sea shells line the property. 10/10 would stay here again.

We just completed a week at Parker Manor Resort. The host was responsive and the place was clean and very close to the beach. We both loved the nice pool too backing to a causeway. We will definitely keep this place in mind for years to come.

For what it is, a humble, clean and perfectly serviceable motel room, itâs great. My wife and I enjoyed it very much. Clean, Cozy and a nice family friendly pool. Best of all is the locationâ¦.a pleasant and short walk to the beach.
