There's a nice selection of stores & businesses. The Kroger is nice. Tuesday Morning is always fun to check out. McCray's Tavern is excellent. Also Ted's Montana grill. Now they have a Flying Biscuit, which I want to try.
I've been shopping at Parkaire Landing off and on for 30+ years. Convenient, centrally located, and the Kroger here is the best in the area, by far. Great restaurant selection like Johnny's NY Pizza, Ted's, and Moe's. A few salon/haircut options, including one tailored for children. Lucky to have a reliable place like this nearby.
This strip mall has many helpful and convenient small businesses, as well as some staple large stores. This Kroger is well stocked, good selections, and fantastic customer service. There's a UPS, Subway, Johnny's pizza, other nice restaurants, Library, Dollar Store, Spa, Drycleaner, shoe repair, and much more.
Snazzy shopping strip with just about everything in one convenient location @ Parkaire Landing🛩️ Groceries, wine & dine, ice cream, library, gym, juice bar, pet store, Kroger, Tuesday Morning, UPS & Dollar Tree, plus The Flying Biscuit & a consignment shop. All of this, plus next door is a Goodwill & the Altitude trampoline park🦘 Well kept facilities with nice artwork & signs. They even have electric car charging & designated curbside pickup spots. This is a nice little shop that offers everything needed for tonight's dinner. A fine selection of meat and condiments. If you need sake you can find this here as well.

Shopping center is kept up well. Parking is good. Not a fan of how the main entrance from Johnson Ferry is set up. Many different stores. Home Depot, Sprouts, Applebee's, Honey Baked Ham and Five Below all come to mind.
