Motel management take people money who do check in property from 3rd party and don't like to refund. A few a the wor k erst first shift guys go both ways and the rooms are half clean with bed bugs in the lower level

This room has been a huge blessing for my family. I have been here for a little over a month and am highly satisfied. My only complaint is with one particular staff member. There is one particular staff member who works during the day. He has a deplorable attitude. He's never smiled or said hello....he is very monotone and clearly hates this job. When I told him his customer service was terrible, he told me I could leave for being "disrespectful". Apparently he doesn't like being called on it. I asked to be put in contact with the manager, and he said when he's on the property he runs things so there is no need. Obviously a lot of the patrons of this facility have nowhere else to go, so a smiling face would go a long way. Not being told 'there's 5 hotels across the street if you don't like this one'. 🙂

If you stay here bring ur own mop broom n cleaner. They don't clean here. My room was dirty upon arrival. Bed is clean tho. And they only clean sheets on Mondays. Bring your own towels cuz they hardly do that. You have to catch them and I've only seen one person. The guy at the desk with an afro is the best. Friendly and nice demeanor. But no coffee maker or iron, no housekeeping comes to your room to see if your room needs cleaning or if you need soap or any toiletries. For 275 a week you get what you pay. Just bring cleaning stuff n towels and sheets!

Park View the gem in a rough location. If you're bothered by traffic noise in the distance almost constantly then this isn't the one for you. The beds are right there amongst the best in comfort, clean linens and your chance of getting good rest. As far as security I wouldn't feel safe walking out very far after dark alone and there are conveiniance and other stores nearby. Checking in or out, booking another night, room service all easily done just you won't be likely greeted with a smile and the overall cleanliness is usually ok. Affordability and overall comfort at Park View are definitely worth giving them a try!

There's a lot of shady people around this motel. This is a place you go on a very thin budget and not somewhere you stay at for very long. The building looks run down and there used to be a pool I think but it was filled in. If you do stay here I recommend locking your car and not being outside for very long even in the day time.

It was ok for the price. Door security latch was broken. Room was clean. Not the best area but ok to stop for the night after driving

ROACH INFESTED BAD BUG ROOM ACCIDENTALLY BOOKED HERE DIDNT CHECK IN ASKED FOR MY REFUND AND THEY TOO POOR TO GIVE IT BACK I DIDNT EVEN CHECK IN HERE
