Quiet most every night. Warm in the winter. Cool in the summer. Cable TV& Lee is a descent guy.

This is a clean , safe place to stay. The manager is very helpful and kind .He keeps it a very quiet pleasant place.

Park view has long term rental for section 8 not the kind of place most people would consider staying
