Our stay was perfect for our family! The newly renovated lanai made for a modern clean and pleasant stay. The facilities seemed clean and up to date and the location was near everything we needed as a family. The restaurant was excellent food and you could order poolside which was a nice convenience. I highly recommend this place! It was excellent!
Nice apartments close to beach and Naples 5th street. Beach is 25 min by foot. Apartment is clean spacious and an really large balcony. Many are privately owned. Very nice pool in de middle of it all. Supermarket close by, 5 minute walk. Also some restaurants. Renovation are almost done. We had no inconvenience off it. Will return if we are staying in the area.
Resort is very nice and we got a deluxe room. Everything you could need or want was already here for us other than food. Comfy place and nice pool.
This is a great resort in the middle of town. You can't get a better location to remain central to the city minutes from 5th Avenue and minutes to clam pass beach. There is a great restaurant in the center of this resort that is open to the public. You must go!
Nice resort located minutes from Naples beaches of Clam Pass and Sea Gate. Offers a great restaurant, tennis courts, grills and outdoor dining space, and a pool. The only complaint is the lack of a hot tub. They used to have one, but it's been out of commission for years. Units also have screened in lanais that overlook water and tropical foliage.
The worst WiFi in vacation rentals I was in the last 10 years.Apartment newly renovated was excellent.Park Shore is getting more expensive every year. Too much for the amenities and beach location.
We come every year and always enjoy our stay. The grounds are beautiful. There are pathways through lush gardens and over bridges to enjoy nature and get exercise. The pool is large and warm with water fall and stream bubbling around it. There are plenty of lounge chairs and both sunny and shady areas. There is a hot tub but it's been out of commission since at least 2019. I don't know if they are planning on fixing it. There's a picnic area with very nice gas grills for guests' use. There's also a restaurant with good food and atmosphere. We never have an issue finding a parking spot. The condos are well laid out with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and plenty of storage. The best part of the condos are the screened in porches!
We stayed at Park Shore for 12 years for 2-3 weeks. We booked a year in advance. 2 weeks before our arrival we were informed that the deluxe unit was unavailable. We accepted their substitute. We had plane and car rental in place. Why’s they did not tell us what that all the sliding glass doors to the lanai were taped shut. A possible fire code issue? The entire section was under construction & enclosed in scaffolding. Definitely noisy. High season in Naples made in hard to find alternate . Definitely disappointing after many years as renters.
We had a great stay this weekend. We stayed upstairs in the big building. We love old Florida so this was a great experience for us.
The food was a great deal, not fine dining of course but like a sports bar with a very good sandwiches and fries for
I discovered this location about a month ago when looking for a spot to exercise. First and foremost, I'd like to thank my coach Zach who owns this place as-well. Let me now explain why I chose this location over others. I'm not someone who enjoys g
