Room have bedbugs and roaches. No clean towels and dirty sheets. They charged me for toilet paper. They threatened my fiance. They have an aggressive pit bull that they have running loose on property. Dirty and nasty

This was the most disgusting motel I’ve ever been a t!!! PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY & DONT COME HERE ! The front Dess lady is very rude she refused to help me with anything and then when I came back the second time she completely ignored me when I knocked on the window. This place has roaches everywhere !!! She did not care to do anything about it. Very poor customer service skills and I spent $700 and this disgusting place for two weeks I recommend no one to ever come to this motel.

Not a really good room but for the price of 60 dollars u get what you get. They charge u for extra items at the front desk such as toothbrushes at 2 dollars, condoms 2 dollars and extra soap..my room was ok but lacking comfort such as extra pillows. I didn't mention but my smoke detector was off so thank goodness for fire.No hangers to hang up your jacket. I probably wouldn't come back again.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. First when we got there in their tiny little office area they couldn't find my reservation and were trying to charge again. Then they charged us another 5 dollars because there was 3 people instead of 2 for a room with 2 beds. Then after finally finding my reservation we go to the room. The room smelt so bad. It smelt of smoke and cigarettes and you couldn't even breathe in the room. This made me and my parents very angry because we had specifically asked for a non-smoking room when booking online. Then the manager tried to move us next door. It still smelt like smoke but not as strong. We asked them if they could at least put air fresheners and air out the room. They said okay. And then we left to explore the city while the room was airing out. 3 hours later we come back to the room to stay for the night only to find out that the key didn't work. We went to the office and told the staff and they came and tried to unlock it and it still didn't work because there was someone else in there. They had given away our room. Then they tried to put us in the same room they tried to the first time and we refused. Then they said we could have the suite on the second level for 10 dollars more. And we refused and demanded a refund. These people were very rude for the entire interaction and asked us why we hadn't left or stuff in the room. It's a good thing we didn't because it would have been gone when we came back. Don't book here they don't know how to do business and are very rude to you the entire time.

Absolutely disgusting. I could not possibly sleep in their "Queen" room the day before my marathon. Ended up sleeping on top of a towel laid out because the bed sheets looked so dirty. And I have slept in many cheap motels before but I haven't seen anything worse than this place. They also totally ripped us off, advertised their two queen beds room as $59.99, and when we got there argued that the website had an error and the price is actually $80. Told us to get a refund from the booking accommodation website and won't let us sleep unless we pay the suddenly-jacked up requested price. On top of this, they demanded to take a picture of my license on their personal iphone (reason being their scanner ran out of ink which makes no sense), which I found very uncomfortable and even creepy. When we actually did try to get a refund, then they lied to the accommodation website company that we brought four people (we had a total of three) and the extra charge was for the extra people. Then they very kindly let us know, two days later we stayed, that for a TWO queen bedroom the maximum capacity is TWO people, and an extra person will be charged extra amount. They will try anything to rip off the most money out of you for a completely ridiculous reason. Really this place is NOT worth it.

The owner/reception was very nasty; greedy. $100+ for a double? The room wasn't even worth half the price. They should be so lucky to have such a great spot. I only stayed there to get 4hrs of sleep; which i endured fully clothed, hood and shoes still on. The everlasting stench, the used towels, this place is gross. Looked, smelled and felt like the plague. i should have slept in my truck! Nasty owner; nasty hotel.

Anyone who would even pull into this motel's parking lot has clearly stayed in a cheap motel or two, myself included. In all of my penny pinching days I've never been so grossed out that I wanted to leave. I'll spare you the details of the room. Let's just suffice it to say that I was afraid for my health. The fun part starts when you go into the office to ask for a refund. They have a "no refunds after ten minutes" policy, so you'd better not go out to eat first or take your time unloading your car. I'm not kidding. Look at the room first. Despite thirty minutes of pleading, no refund. I was given the owner's number and told to call with any complaints. The man who answered was incoherent, I'll give him the benefit of the doubt and say he was just really really really tired at 8 in the tired at 8 pm. Then he mumbled something at me and hung up. Do yourself and everyone else a favor not even entertaining the idea of staying here. The sooner this place goes out of business, the better off mankind will be as a whole. I am not kidding. Even a little.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!! I got a room for 2 nights paid cash , I go in my room and I always look at the furniture before getting settled in. This place is INFESTED with BED BUGS!!!! There was 1 on the pillow, on the head bored, crawling on the walls, I ran downstairs and demanded money back. The owner told me they can't give me my money till the morning, he insisted that I stayed there but on the bottom floor. He showed me his sweet room which was still gross, I kept saying I don't want to stay and if I do I need a smoking room. He then showed me another room lighting was horrible, it smelt like straight ass, I then looked behind bed bored and a big piece of it came completely off and there were all these bed bugs, I showed him told him his place is infested. He kept apologizing only gave half my money back, I went to super 8 and they told me they do not take anyone who has came from this hotel, but I told then I didn't sit on any furniture and they worked with me and gave me a room. I had to go the next morning to get my other half of money back. THIS PLACE IS DISGUSTING AND NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN!!!! INFESTATION!!!
