Extremely disappointed. The front desk clerk was the friendliest of the hotel portion of the staff. The others would barely make eye contact or acknowledge my friendly "hello". I wanted a bottle of water so badly this morning only to learn that BOTH drink vending machines were out of order. There's a poster in the elevator that promotes room service. That was quite the unpleasant experience. I dialed the number for room service which happens to be the front desk. I was told that he would let the restaurant know and they will call me back. I waited 15 minutes and no call. I decided to go down 4 floors to the restaurant and place the order with them directly. They promptly took my order and payment. I asked if they could call my room to let me know when it would be ready to be picked up. They said that they would bring it up to me. Awesome! After waiting an hour in my room, I go back down to check on my food. Apparently, we crossed paths. I was grateful for my warm and delicious food. Great job in that department. The restaurant staff seemed a lot more friendly than the hotel staff. Suggestion for future room service orders: Always supply napkins, utensils, condiments, etc. "A" for effort but training is definitely needed. None of these things were given for my in-room meal. I guess guests are expected to eat like savages unless you bring your own dining necessities while traveling. I agree with the previous reviewer that stated that the 5 star reviews were more than likely from friends and family. I really hope that these reviews will help with changing your establishment for the better.

This hotel is a gem! I grew up in Clifton Park and have never seen it, so I’m assuming it must be new. My fiancé and I were in town for the death of my brother, so it was nice staying in such a demure and pristine hotel. It made our time there lovely. It is also very close to everything in town. The staff was very friendly, and even though we were in town for something sullen, staying here was a like a little treat! The price was great as well. Highly recommend! 👍🏼

So I’m not a fan that a lot of the reviews for this place on Expedia are clearly done by owners and family members, however… The biggest downside is there is false advertising for free breakfast which we purposefully chose because my mom is diabetic and having easy food close at hand is important. But the rooms were relatively clean and the beds were good. We were missing a handle on the closet door and towel hook on the back of the door but otherwise good. And staff were friendly. Is it a 4/5 star hotel? No But u would say it’s a solid 3/5

Listen. I use to stay other places but I believe i found my hotel stay.. Tushar was amazing. The guy that puts up the decorations was hilarious. Overall the place is set up beautifully and different..very modern. Very clean and smells amazing from the time you walk in to the rooms. They make fresh coffee every hour or upon request. Thanks 🙏🏼 I'll be back

Go elsewhere!!!! One 3rd party booking online service rates this place a five star hotel? Seriously? Under what guidelines? Not sure where to begin: Shower/ tub appears to have visible mold on the grout around the front of the tub Housekeeping only makes the beds 3 days a week, M, T & F - the other four days you're on your own. Bed was similar to sleeping in a hammock Pillows are flat with no support 2 glass cups are all you get - no clean cups left after housekeeping doesn't make your bed and just leaves 2 bath towels only. You are rationed with one hand towel, one face cloth and the 2 bath towels. If you are looking for enough water pressure to clean your razor, good luck. a small half dollar size of round bar soap to serve you in the shower - rationed main lobby vending machine takes your credit card swipe but does not dispense. Your card is hit for the $$5.00 although they tell you your card won't e charged. Untrue. No bottled water in the vending machine at the main lobby for 2 days. You are directed to a water machine with little cups. The point is, I wanted bottled water. Not a bubbler with little paper cups. A hotel this size with limited vending? Noisy Saturday nights with the bistro having live entertainment that vibrates to the 2nd and 3rd floor No breakfast options No hair dryer in room Entire crew acts indifferent and preoccupied Phone in room continuously flashed, message waiting. When you call for your messages, you get a rapid busy signal. Even after reporting it, the light flashed for 3 days Pretty expensive nightly rate for a place that is poorly managed, needs a good scrubbing and update. If you book on a Sunday-Thurs, through a certain online booking website, you'll pay half of what you'll pay on the weekend. Definitely not worth it either way. Not worth over 500+ for a two night stay. Go elsewhere! This hotel used to be a beautiful place even for weddings years ago, under a different name - Now, it's a s-hole in distress. If you're going to charge Disney World rates, you should really up your overall offering.

I was there last week and decided to spare time to mention about my spectacular experience there. Rooms were clean, free breakfast in morning and cherry on the cake was the front desk service. The guy named gagan i guess, was working on the front desk was amazing in handling customers, answering the queries and he personally came to give my parcel to me in my room upon my request. He went an extra mile to make me feel like home. He was the star for my whole experience there. Edit: front desk guy deserves a raise.

@Expedia users: There is no breakfast here One night here should not cost $120, buttttt… it works for anyone trying to save money and have a safe stay in Clifton Park. (Because Hilton is expensive) The 1-star reviews are not wrong—some surfaces are worn out/sticky, but the beds are pretty clean and nice. I simply sanitized the hair dryers, desks, and other switches with my sanitizing wipes, and you can too. The staff’s English was a bit difficult to understand on the phone, but they’re very reliable and helpful. Walls are pretty thin by the way. You could hear the unlocking of doors, convos, etc from the bed of the room. Would prefer not to stay again, but if the price drops to $100 or below, I would say it’s reasonable.

BEWARE!!!!! ALL THE 5 STAR REVIEWS ARE FAKE! Most likely the family!!! This hotel is gross- you're better off at a run down motel, seriously. There is NO breakfast as stated- the "city views" are highway views LOL - the rooms are run down, everything is dirty, there are stains on sheets and towels, it looks like it hasn't been cleaned since 1940- spend an extra buck and save yourself the trouble. Here's the run down on what I experienced- The door to our room was stuck, my bf had to open the door each time we entered the room. The room smelled stale, the sheets were stained and had what I hope was beard hair all over them 🤢. The shower had zero water pressure, the headboard had stains and the walls were sticky. There was ONE roll of toilet paper. Only TWO towels, the ice machine was broken. There is only one elevator for 4 floors of guests. The TV took forever to get working and the cable plug was hanging out of the wall. Everything was dusty or sticky and my partner and I came home sick from our vacation. I am convinced the filth in this room is what got us sick. The rooms were big and roomy and the staff is pleasant but unfortunately that is not enough to get me back to this place.

Had everything I could think of. Rooms were nice. Beds were extra firm compared to what I was used to. And parking lot got filled up but they gave me a paper to place in my window to park in the lot next door. I'd stay again
