Park Lane Motel and RV Park - Motel in Spokane Valley - 4412 E Sprague Ave, USA

I think with a little TLC and a few more stringent restrictions on a few permanent residence. For example cleanness of spot and accommodation. I believe a few residence should be taking better care of their area and RVs.This place would be a good for a short term stay if they were to have better up keep. As for pricing it is reasonable for what you get. The manager is great and very accommodating.

Had some issues with the owners loony wife in the past but was recently informed that someone else is managing this place . I can't recommend or not recommend this motel other then it was neat and tidy during my previous stays. In all fairness to the new managers I elected to delete my previous review.

I don't know the ownership but I would say that Park Lane is very very casual. I have stayed as a visitor before and really had no issues as long as I was only looking for a room to sleep in or stay out if the weather. Personaly, The cleanliness has a bit to bring up up to par.

Needed a place last minute and we were able to stay for a night! Made sure we had everything we needed and helped us find a great place to hike as well.

Every room is different so people might be sitting more comfortably than you in the same price range. Price differences between seasons. Spotty Wi-Fi. Service twice a week at 7:00p.m. Witch is way to late I think.

What an amazing place to stay. The new owners are some of the kindest and friendliest people I've ever had the pleasure to meet. They lovingly look after their motel which may look a little run down on the outside but is the coziest most adorable places I've stayed. If you have the luck of being able to stay here I highly recommend it. The staff is also wonderful. I can't stop saying wonderful things about my experience at this motel.
