We loved staying here! The hotel location, the room size, the bed and pillows, how clean it was, it was all great!|We didn't use the pool, or eat at the restaurant, but they looked very nice. Loved the pet area and outdoor picnic area. The breakfast was just ok, nothing special.|I would definitely stay here again.

This is the best place to stay in Park City! It’s actually affordable and seriously the perfect place to stay. The room was spacious, clean and modern. The breakfast was really good and there’s a really nice gym. Also, they have free bike storage. 10/10 would recommend!

The previous reviews about the breakfast being terrible was absolutely correct but it will fill the hole in your stomach. For what I paid for the hotel, like 100 per night, it was okay. My biggest complaint is the lack of lighting in the parking lot. It is pitch black in some areas. Overall it's a decent place to lay your head if all you do is sleep at your hotel. The rooms were clean and it was easy enough to get in and out of the place.

This hotel was very comfortable and we liked the location! Our room had two Queen beds and since our dogs were with us, we were concerned about the amount of space in the room to accommodate 2 medium dog crates, but it was no problem! The bathroom had the sink and vanity that can be separated off. There was a nice sized refrigerator (but no microwave). Breakfast was well displayed with a good variety including hot breakfast items. The grounds were beautiful and had an abundance of space to walk your dogs. We didn't use the pool, but saw it has both inside and outside options and looked very inviting! We will definitely recommend this hotel and plan to stay here again when we are in Park City! We got a great special offer to stay 2 nights and get the 3rd night free! Also, we very much appreciated the reasonable dog fee!

We enjoyed our time at this hotel and will definitely be back. The building materials and other supplies taking up parking space in the underground parking garage was a bit of a turn off and not a great first impression. More importantly, the hotel itself and the rooms were clean and well cared for. The location is really good, and all of the staff members we interacted with were helpful. The breakfast is the main reason this review is not 5 stars. The food in the stainless steel warmers was all cold, often we encountered no clean cups for the drinks, and people would have to knock on the door to the kitchen area to request refills on various breakfast components. They could do with a better selection overall. The super thin, crunchy potato things were not appetizing, the eggs and sausage would've been pretty good had it been kept warm. I like the idea of the fruit and yogurt area, but it needs more maintenance and supervision as the yogurt seemed to quickly become unappetizing due to the condition some guests would leave it in. The other reason I dropped a star, is because our second night here was a disaster. There were a few companies renting out the conference rooms on the 3rd floor, and we got woken up at 5 am by the sound of the staff setting up the rooms and/or rolling carts up and down the hall toward the conference rooms and elevators. This noise only increased as some of the business people loudly opened and closed their room doors dozens of times as they went to and from their gathering. I think we were just a victim of location in this situation, it's just frustrating how loud everyone chose to be during the posted "quiet hours".

We really enjoyed our stay at Park City Peaks Hotel. We liked the location a lot. It was close to downtown, but not right there, so it was quiet and there was plenty of parking (unlike downtown, which was packed). The room was clean and comfortable. The pool and hot tub were relaxing and the staff was great! They were so sweet...it was my husband's birthday and they made him a delicious chocolate birthday cake Perfect stay! Thank you!

We had a fantastic experience. The staff was extremely friendly, and housekeeping did an exceptional job cleaning the rooms every night. The complimentary breakfast was delicious, and the staff consistently refilled all the food. I would highly recommend it.
