Alena was fantastic throughout my entire move in process. She was able to get me into an apartment within a very reasonable timeframe, especially with my time being limited on finding a place to live. Her personality was very positive from beginning to end and even made the efforts to respond to questions I had on the holiday weekend. All in all, 5 star service. If I could give her 10, I would. I saw someone with a very similar review. Our pipe broke in our kitchen sink two days ago, I’ve placed a maintenance order even though I selected the option for an on-site emergency maintenance worker to come. This morning, our kitchen completely flooded and we called multiple times to have maintenance come but they refused to call anybody. So I went out looking for the workers who ride around on the carts. The one and only guy I could find didn’t speak English. There’s no option at all for someone to help you on weekends because apparently this place thinks emergencies don’t happen on weekends and they also don’t have emergency maintenance who can come when something is urgent. This isn’t even the first issue I’ve had with this place. The hallway is always messy and disgusting and this place is horribly infested with cockroaches. Can’t wait to move out of this place. Update: I'm unable to respond to the comment for some reason. No, that comment made by the manager is not true. They came to do an "inspection/pest control" without notifying us like they usually do via email or notice on our front door. We told them they couldn't enter our apartment without a notice. That was done on Thursday. I called and made them aware of the sink on Friday. So no, there was no denial or refusal of entry. We are perfectly fine with maintenance coming into our home with proper notice. This is our home and we just didn't appreciate our home being entered by someone who doesn't live there without any sort of notice.

Our move in was very smooth thanks to the diligent efforts of Alena, one of the leasing agents. Her guidance helped my roommate and I get to our new apartment at Charles Towne safely. Our has a great location and is very comfortable. The maintenance staff is very prompt at addressing work orders. This is a great place to live.

Alena did a spectacular job with my move in. She made the process quick and easy. I had to move on short noticed and she spent 3 hours working with me to make sure everything was submitted and I was approved for the unit. It's the best feeling having someone competent handle your move in. If you have the chance to work with her I highly recommend it.

Our leasing agent, Alena was/is amazing and very helpful. Our move from out of state went smoothly thanks to her help. Everyone in the office is great. She even helped us find new favorite restaurants since we're new to the area.
