Park Avenue Inn Victorville - Motel in Victorville - 15401 Park Ave E, USA

The room was cheap you get what you pay for. The shower curtain was dirty and hair and rubber band in the tub. I had to wear shower shoes to shower. The floor wasn't vacuumed. The sink wouldn't stop dripping. There was a space under the door where I could see outside. Sprayed the room with bug spray in fear of little critters. I brought my own blankets and pillows because the blankets were dirty and the toilet had someone else's hair on it. And outside was a guy who I think worked there in a room by the stairs but he made me feel uncomfortable standing down there smoking his vape and following me when I went to my car. Creepy creeper. Very cheap though if that's what you're looking for.

Dirty room overall. Sticky floors, dirty walls and towels. They also kept my deposit and when I call to ask about it he took my name down and said he'll refund and 2 weeks later still hasn't refunded the deposit.

Roaches, mold, rust. Very rude service. Worst place I've ever been to. Had to leave for another room. No apologies, huge scam.

The bedspreads were dirty. The towels had black stains. Asked for a roll of toilet paper and it seemed like it was too much trouble. The service was horrible and the person at the desk didn't seem to want to be bothered. Will never stay here again.

Best value in Victorville, and the service is great. I stay on random weekends and they have the best AC in Victorville. I have been in 4 rooms so far and all of them had a decent fridge and microwave and were ice cold within an hr. There is an free ice machine The price is great being second lowest in the high desert but unlike the other hotel it's very clean and feels much safer.

This place refused to give me a refund when I couldn't even get a room because I paid online through agoda and it says nothing online about s deposit but when I got to the facility at 2 am the front desk insisted I pay a $100 deposit. I couldn't get the money so then I didn't get a room and I went through agoda to get a refund but was told that this facility refused my refund so I was out $70 thanks guys

do not stay here, there are dead bugs and when we told the owner he went to check and he threw the bug in the toilet and then lied about doing that while it was still in the water, the bed was dirty and unvaccumed, the room itself was dirt, the toliet that we had did not flush.
