They are super nice when you meet them. You think they will have the utmost professionalism and truly care for their residents. In reality, they care none about their tenants. They are proud to make a sell and that’s it. They would love to evict you for the smallest of things. They don’t care that you have a family to maintain. They would rather see you out on the streets about their money. They have random reasons to go into your apartment just to look for a reason to pick with you. I can say the apartments are very nice. Gate never works but I’m never in fear of my safety. Maintenance comes in a timely manner but they never put anything back how it was. They will trash your house to get you what you need and leave it that way. All in all, the place truly isn’t a horrible place to live but don’t be fooled by the smiling faces. Those same faces will find every reason to pick with you. Good luck on your search and choose wisely.
The staff is AMAZING!! Any time I have a concern they immediately respond. Any maintenance requests are completed very quickly. I would give the office and maintenance staff 5 stars. The reason I gave 4 stars is because the people above me are very LOUD. I’ve lived in apartments my whole life and understand noise is a part of apartment living but this is LOUD. I also gave 4 stars because the apartments could be upgraded. They’re advertised as luxury apartments but I wouldn’t call them luxury however they are nice for the price.
My husband and I love living here! Madeline made the process of moving in go so smoothly. The staff was quick to answer any questions we had and have continued to be helpful since! It really is a beautiful place to call home.
This is my second time leasing an apartment here and I absolutely love it here! No one bothers you, the apartment complex is nicely maintained. Maintenance is quick to take care of any need and the office staff is absolutely super nice and friendly at all times. That is why I chose Mission Hills both times!
my boyfriend and i moved in october of 2023, and this was our first place together and first apartment for the both of us. the staff was very welcoming, i love madeline and kari in the leasing office!! we’ve had maintenance come and fix any problem we had for free and quickly! the gates weren’t working for a while but they are fixed now. i haven’t had any problems or been concerned for my safety! i definitely see us renewing our lease after this year is up!
Park at mission Hills is without a doubt the best apartment complex around. I lived here about 3 1/2 years and then moved out of town. When I moved back to town there was no question which apartments I would move to. The staff, Madeline, Matt, Jennifer and the rest of the team are great. Always greet with a smile and eager to help. Maintenance guys are always very efficient. It’s very quiet when I’m in my apartment and I feel safe which is very important. Great place to live!
I lived here for a little less than a year. The staff was great, the facilities were awesome. Two pools, great fitness center for an apartment complex. Maintenance requests were replied to very promptly. They did keep increasing their price, but it kept up with the market. You can't find an apartment this nice in Broken Arrow for less. You would have to try Tulsa. Broken Arrow is just too great of a place to live.
I’ve lived here a month now and I’m very happy with everything to this point. I had to have a couple of things fixed after I moved in and the repairs were done fast and efficient. The grounds are kept clean, it’s quiet and I feel safe here with the gated entries. The office staff are very nice, friendly and available. I worked with Madeline and she was wonderful! I’m very satisfied with my choice to live here. —Lynne

I have been to a few gyms in the past. Buffalo Nickel has been the most welcoming by far. They go above and beyond to help you feel comfortable. They also took the time to really teach me about the workouts before starting them.
