We found this as we were looking for a brunch place before driving back home. There was no wait time, service was excellent and the environment and atmosphere is lively. They have a full service bar. The food was colorful and tasty. I often forget about the subtle saltiness of Cajun food. I would highly recommend the Parish Biscuit Company for brunch.
Ordered the Crab Remoulade and Tropical mimosa, absolutely delicious and not too heavy. Perfect portion! The staff are fabulous and friendly. Decided to order a Red Sangria while I waited on an order to go and it is delightfully refreshing with a spritz of cinnamon. First time I have had it with cinnamon. It was a pleasant twist that makes the drink surprisingly satisfying. I will most definitely suggest this place for future dining.
Met a friend here for breakfast. i had the crab cake benedict special. It was delicious..I could only eat half. My friend ordered a ribeye biscuit and only ate half as well. Service was friendly and fast. Can't wait to go again.
Chic modern restaurant serving creative great food. At our table we had a softshell crab eggs Benedict; a grits and grillades; a catfish biscuit; and a biscuit with gravy. The biscuits are the star and they were worthy! The softshell crab was large and cooked perfectly. The grillades were flavorful and the grits were fantastic (including curb in the grits). The fish was good too! We'll be back when we return to Lafayette.
Absolutely amazing way to have a biscuit! So many choices super delicious! Staff were super nice and knowledgeable about there menu options! Super clean inside , nice restrooms and nice bar area with decent drink options!
This place is designed with the "fast casual" approach - you place your order at the counter, get handed a number for your table and they bring it to you. No wait at all on a weekday around 10 AM. Overall the service was speedy and the food was good. They also offer alcoholic drinks like bloody marys and mimosas. Large open floor plan. OJ is not fresh-squeezed.
Overall enjoyed - You have to order at the counter so you may want to glance at the menu ahead of time. The Acadia biscuit had a strong mustard taste as its used to keep breading on. Grits were a large, shareable size for the price which was nice but for me, it was too fussy with onions, green onions, bell peppers, etc. Will be back to try new items!
We ate here this morning. Great atmosphere and friendly staff. Very clean. Fast service. You order at the front and your food is brought to you. Loved the style. We ordered the Mexican omelette, A gluten free Vermillion biscuit with both sausage and bacon on it, and the gluten free waffles. The owner told us the gluten free biscuits are made there and they spent quite a bit of time getting the recipe right for a good biscuit. I appreciate that so much. It was everything I hoped for! We will be back. Highly recommend!
