I recently went for a tour at Parcstone Apartments. I had the honor of being toured by Madison. Madison captured my heart. She has an amazing, and warm personality. She helped me to have the best apartment tour that I have ever experienced. She listened and did everything she could to meet my needs and wants. She also did not make me feel rushed; she took her time with me. The other office staff that I met was also very friendly. The grounds are very well kept and I would highly recommend this property.

I've lived at the Parcstone since August and I absolutely love it. They accommodate all my needs, especially maintenance. I am a young single woman and don't have tools for a lot of the little things I want to do around my apartment. Jomar is my go to guy!

I’ve lived out here almost a year, and I am overall impressed. I had an incident in my apartment, and TJ went above and beyond to ensure I felt comfortable, safe, and heard. Anything I needed, TJ was there, providing updates, calling to check on me, and even ensuring that the people came and cleaned the place to my standards. He treated the situation as if it were his own. TJ is simply incredible. I’ll never forget that experience.

TJ is an amazing maintenance manager for Parcstone Apartments. The place is always clean and very kind and friendly service. Kudos to TJ! You are appreciated!

I moved right into Parcstone from active duty military July 2020 and I can honestly say I was not disappointed! I moved in the same day that I applied with the assistance of Mrs.Love, maintenance came right away, and the community was quiet. DISCLAIMER: I’m not a resident there anymore due to me needing bigger space for my unborn child but if I could’ve taken Parcstone with me to GA and added an extra room, I would’ve never left. I’m grateful for my year long stay at Parcstone. Looking for apartments that meets their standards is impossible. Btw, moving out was a breeze!!!

I didn’t think any apartment complex can be as accommodating and caring as this place. The management and maintenance team are like no other. Especially Steve, he’s been the biggest help to ensure my move in process was as smooth as it can be. Any questions I had, he always had an answer. Checked in on me and my move in when he didn’t have to. If I ever put in a request for maintenance to get done, the team are on it immediately and go the extra mile when they don’t have to. I’ve moved from apartment to apartment and this is the first time I ever wanted to leave a great review. They deserve it. All around the best maintenance and management team one could ever hope for.
