Always relaxing and beautiful staff are always kind and helpful. Did have a situation where I didn't have my ID on me and I wasn't allowed to enter for the evening even tho i am in the system and a member with photo in the system as well as a photo of my ID. But we quickly resolved it with understanding and patience. Great food great events amazing people judgment free and always a wonderful time!! Highly recommend if your into the free flowing lifestyle and don't mind great condos and good times with like minded Individuals!! ❤️

First I would like to say that the Employees were Very Nice.. The room 4113 was Horrible...I had better rooms at Motel 6.....I stayed in other rooms before that were OK but room 4113 was bad.....I didn't complain to the front desk because we were only staying one night... the club music was Terrible as they played young Black Hip Hop music that Nobody Danced to because the crowd was mostly older retired people were enjoyed dance music from the 80s......We have been to Paradise lakes years before and had a Wonderful Time...this Time was not good but we will go back. We just hope the Management update the rooms....and play music for the crowd that is there...

The rooms are old and filthy and the restaurant does not provide any GF or DF options. When called out on this, the owner hid behind his poorly trained staff, who simply say, “his house, his rules.” I’m surprised this place is still in business it’s so poorly run. Go to Caliente down the street. It’s worth a few extra dollars- beautifully maintained grounds, clean rooms, well trained staff, and good food.

HORRIBLE! Our first time there. We inquired about annual memberships as we are locals. They STOLE our chair umbrellas. It's not on their rules sheet. They just took them and walked away. When I confronted them, they were rude and quoted policy. Maybe you should provide enough shade for your clients. They threatened to call ownership. I waited for that but it never happened. They were so obnoxiously rude and disrespectful. All we wanted was to not be in the blazing sun What's wrong with this place!? A lot. Go to Caliente. It's more expensive but at least they're nice and accommodating and have shade. Paradise Lakes doesn't care and it's quite obvious..and then owners cry when the business fails. Geee, I wonder why.

Very friendly crowd, a nice older totally nude woman came and helped me make change for dryer. I had a visible "issue" and she was quick to give a hand. Nice place big pool and tennis courts

Got thrown out at 80 years old for supposedly getting in argument, not our fault but management wouldn’t even hear our side! I was VP Marriott Hotels have experience in dealing with situations, management at this place needs replaced. We liked it there but oh we’ll get new manager

The absolutely horrid man working at the front denied us entry and stated they don’t provide day passes after midnight…we got there at 12:16 😒….not to mention that there have been multiple occasions when we have arrived after midnight for a dip in the pool and there was never a problem. Their hours say 24 hours and their website says night passes from 6-close. Here is a wild idea for the poor performing managing team here, stop making the hours and policies so vague and make sure your team are all following said “policies”. Congrats on hiring that genius who is turning away loyal customers. But we have received the message loud and clear and will not be returning! So so disgusted with this place and this whole experience. I wish there was an option for zero stars! Save yourself the trouble and just go straight to Caliente.

Awful place. Zero tolerance for honest mistakes. Have never been here and thought it was okay to bring a drink in an outside cup to another part of the property. The owner swears at you when he is pissed even when you’re apologetic and threatens to call the sheriff. Complete jerk and will NEVER come back to this facility. Completely ridiculous. DONT come here. Go somewhere else. Have never been so demeaned for something so minuscule. Absolutely ridiculous.
