Let me start with front desk service. Every person I have come into contact with at the hotel's front desk was not only courteous, but friendly and happy to help. They make me feel very welcomed when I stay there. Its great to see happy friendly faces since my reason for traveling. The facility itself is very clean and well kept. Rooms are nice, clean and quiet. The atmosphere is very relaxing. This is my favorite place to stay.”

Only the hood rats write good reviews about this place that is all that is there. I stayed 10 minutes then loaded my truck back up and left because the room smelled terrible, and some bum followed me to my door asking for change before going to the door next to mine and beating on it so he could ask that guy for change. FYI that hotel flooded or something because you can smell it. Plus they don’t run the a/c so the room is so humid you can’t even sit on the bed because it is so wet. This place is just slapped together never go here!

Love this hotel 💯 especially the inside rooms. Staff are nice and laid back! They don't clock your every move..quiet and clean my forever go to ❤️

Horrible!! Owner charged my card for two nights after hurricane Laura. Had a friend to carry all my belongings to the room. She sat down not even 2 mins the owners were at the door telling us it was too many people. I went down and talked to them and they told me that the king size bed wasn't big enough for me, my wife and our 3 little kids. Told me to get out of the room and they would give me a full refund. Packed all my stuff back up into the car only for them to refund me one day because we were in the room. And we weren't the only family he did it to. Taking advantage of people during hurricane is wrong and that's just what they were doing.

This property is ok for an overnight stay. I was not happy that the front desk clerk would not honor my reservation for a non-smoking double room. She gave me a king bed in a smoking room. If I wanted non-smoking, I paid the wrong rate according to her. I booked the room on Hotels.com. ||For the price I paid, it was ok. No frills, just a room. They do have the curved shower rod and the water was very hot. We bought a can of smoke away and used it to make the room bearable. The hallway was ridiculous with smoke when we got back that night though. I would stay again for the price if just overnight.

At first, I was pleased with the room. Upon walking into the room, after a painless check-in, there is a large "mini" fridge, a microwave, flat screen TV, desk and chair, and 2 nightstands. There was only one overhead light in the room, no lamps, so the room was very dim. Which is probably the only reason why I didn't notice the nightmare I was getting into, I'm referring to the bed. I'll be blunt, I had to pee so bad after the 6+ hour drive, and rush hour traffic on a Friday that also happens to be the first day the highways opened up after the freak snow "storm" hit the South. So, as soon as my girlfriend and I checked in and got our keys I beelined it to the bathroom. The bathroom was huge, and clean. I didn't use the shower, but the toilet and sink were clean. We didn't stay long before we left again to get some dinner. When we got back to the hotel it was about 9PM. We decided to watch some TV, they have premium cable. It was at this point that my girlfriend found bedbugs crawling out from under my pillow, and then divulged to me that she found a dead roach on the bed when we first arrived, but she kept it from me because I'm terrified of them! Upon closer review of the bedding, we found several bedbugs, plus various other small bugs and crumbs in the bedding the farther we pulled the blankets back. I did not want to stay here anymore after experiencing any of this. We packed up our things, which wasn't much since we hadn't even been in the room for more than an hour or so total since we had been out for dinner, and went to the front desk. I told the gentleman at the desk that we found bedbugs and that I wanted a refund. He didn't say a single word to us, he just walked away and came back a minute later with cash and refunded the full amount. I found this odd seeing as how we paid for the room with a card upon check-in, but it was 10PM and I was just glad to not have to argue about the refund policy for an hour before leaving angry and itchy.

I've stayed in the smoke rooms & they are really clean . It's located in a quiet area . I def recommend & it's for a good price. It also has a stove which is a plus compared to other hotels . The workers are great too .

Hahaha this place is A FAR CRY from anything I would consider paradise... in fact here's a little TRUE STORY FOR YALL TO HEAR... I PERSONALY KNOW SOMEONE WHO GOT A SERIOUS CASE OF SCABIES FROM THIS PARADISE... AND WHEN SHE REPORTED IT TO THE PEOPLE WHO RUN IT, ONE OF THE MAID'S WHO SPEAKS NO ENGLISH AT ALL WAS POINTING TO MY FREIBDS ROOM AND SHOWING MY FRIEND THE SAME RASH ON HER BODY AS THE ONE MY FRIEND HAS... LONG STORY SHORT, THEY DIDNOTHING TO HELP HER AT ALL THEY WERE THE MOST UNCARING UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE IVE EVER SEEN... I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU TO NOT EVEN BOTHER STOPPIBG IN THERE. THE PLACE IS GROSS
