Got charged for extra toppings on $12 Tuesday! Asked why at the register & manager said it was a new policy! Why didn’t they say so when we called in our order? Also, pizzas weren’t fixed as ordered, and we asked for contact information for the owner, and Shandra said she couldn’t provide any way for us to reach out to the owner. Very poor customer service!!!
Was told to contact corporate Papa Murphy’s. I did, and got a message saying I’d get a phone call within 3 business days. The 3 days are up & still haven’t received any calls from them yet 😒
The manager called me after reading my review on the Garlic and the Cinnamon Monkey bread that was delivered on New Year's eve that wasn't done right. It looked like 2 balls of bread dough. Sandra made it right and the 2 monkey bread l was given Iooked great and tasted yummy.

My husband tried to buy extra dressing for our salads and he was told no, even though it would have been a sale. We ordered two pizzas and got home and realized one was totally wrong. My husband called and tried to have them make it right, and were told there was basically nothing they could do. Awful customer service!
I just called in an order for 2 pizzas and talked to a Shondra, who was VERY RUDE! She totally needs to learn phone Etiquette! She should NOT be talking to customers! I almost cancelled my orders and went somewhere else! This is ridiculous to be talked to like that!

Pizza was ready at the time and the service was quick. The environment was nice, lady at the front was timely and made sure I had the best service.
It was close to home and I was able to go to the gas station across the street after.
Pizza was good just got the pepperoni. It was very packed with pepperoni and had a good amount of cheese. The crust was nice and was decently thick.
This is a great Papa Murphy’s!!! I love the customer service here. I called in an order and Britney did a great job on the phone. Walked in a few minutes later, gave my name, and BOOM! pulled me up in the system and walked out with 3 great piazzas!

Military discount for the win! Family size pep and cheese bread for under 20 bucks, feeds my family of 6! Can't beat that! And its always delicious!!
Everyone was friendly even with the technical issues they had. Logan was polite and attentive. He apologized for the delay and thanked me for my patience. They made sure to get my order correct as I requested a substitution on the Chicken Garlic.

Nice HUGE park, it's mostly grass but very nice and surrounded on three sides by well kept backyards. My dog loved it !! Not much shade and no bathrooms (maybe a porta potty) but still a nice local park.

Had Many not so pleasant visits in the past. However, we've visited at least once a month the past 3 and have not been disappointed. Food is better than ever, staff is friendlier and always hustling. The only downside is limited substitution options.
