Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza - Pizza restaurant in Oshkosh - 2314 Westowne Ave, USA

I called in a gourmet vegetarian pizza and drove all the way from Oshkosh to Waupaca and got home and found the entire pizza was loaded with chicken. I called and talked to the store. They put me on hold for 10 minutes before picking the phone back up and told me that they needed to serve their in-store customers first and all she kept repeating over and over is that she has multiple 15-year-olds there training today and they need practice. Terrible customer service. I told her to have them practice and send the pizzas home with their family and not the customers.

All I have to say is, overall I love the pizza! My go to place for easy dinner. But I also absolutely love working here. It’s a fun and enjoyable job and the team is friendly and welcoming and great to work with! Definitely worth the wait! Staff are helpful and patient. Highly recommend if you’ve never been.

Tried the new Calzones. Questionable value at best. The multi meat was awesome. The garlic chicken was disappointing. Very small amount of chicken

Great pizza, fast friendly service.

5* if you tip 20% for a pizza you have to drive from and to your house to pick up/use your own electricity/gas to cook… if you tip 15% or less be prepared to have to add your own cheese to fill bald spots on the pie etc. Ever since they introduced the forced tip option when ordering online my friends and I have noticed a strong correlation between the quality of the pie you get and how much you tip. I worked as a server for about a dozen years. Take and bake pizza isnt 20% tip territory. I’d advise papa Murphys to do the right thing and pay their employees 20% more instead of passing it off onto their consumers.

For somebody who hasn't been to Papa Murphy's in over 9 years, it was worth the wait. I love their create your own pizza option, it makes ordering so much easier when you're trying to keep yourself on a diet and when you're buying not just for yourself. A half chicken garlic sauce and half sausage red sauce pizza is perfect for me and my mother to split. And here is the best part because of the fact that the cardboard that is used for the pizza dough is heat resistant, you can actually use kitchen shears to cut the individual slices exactly how big you need them and you can throw them on the grill and they will turn out exactly the way they would if you had put them in an oven. And little side note if you're using a grill for this it actually makes cleanup easier in case of cheese drips. If you do get Papa Murphy's and are going to use your grill remember to keep it covered and on high heat for 10 minutes and then turn the temperature down to half for an additional 5 minutes.

So I usually don't have an issue, but this time OMG. They weren't even busy, my pizza got VERY poorly made. I order the same 2 pizzas and this time it was missing HALF the toppings(THEY DIDNT EVEN MEASURE RIGHT, THEY RUSHED IT), AND the pizza had almost NO sauce. I WILL NOT be eating here again. That was bogus of them to straight skimp on two pizzas. Also, the plastic wrap was like they took it off of an old pizza then put it on mine, it wasn't sticking at all and even came off on the ride home. This store is not worth it.

Love this pizza from here. So fresh. Great desserts too. And always friendly staff.
