Well don’t plan on ever going here if you have a child with allergies. Daughter has 15+ allergies and their “allergen menu” on the website does not account for or include all of her allergies so we decided to go in and ask. As some of her allergies are anaphylactic if ingested, it’s important that we see ingredient lists with our own eyes. The worker was kind enough to go in the back and take a picture of the ingredients for us but unfortunately the manager was less than accommodating and told her she was not allowed to show us. Then proceeded to tell us that there are actually no ingredient labels. Which, to my understanding, is against the law and seemed like a flat out lie. Most restaurants are kind and try their best to provide the knowledge we need for the safety of our daughter. Not here. Instead you will be met with rude, discriminating lies. Disappointing and disgraceful for such a big company.

Papa Murphy's Pizza is my top go-to pizza place. Their take stuffed pizza is huge and taste great! The customer service is always friendly, and the preparation of pizza is timely. Atmosphere is always clean and smells like dough!

I'm a long time fan of Papa Murphy's Pizza. They always use quality ingredients. This location has efficient workers and the company's deals are good. The one con is that ordering food in person requires that you put in your phone number to get points, and I always forget that. No reason to take a star away, but it seems like they should offer a second way to earn points, like a system that remembers your credit card is attached to your account.

Okay I forgot to put this review on here for months now! I had such a good experience with them. I had way too many pizzas to carry and the sweetest associate ask to help me right away. He was calling me “ma’am” and was just so nice! I really appreciated it! Thank you!

My biggest issue with Papa Murphys is that it’s the same cost as other pizza places and you have to cook it yourself. If you prefer the taste of Papa Murphys then I guess it’s worth it but I don’t like it. To me it tastes weird. They do have promotions and options for allergies (like dairy free) which is a plus. I did try this shop specifically and the customer service is experience wasn’t great but that was a few years ago.

We ordered in advance showed up to pick it up and waited for a half hour past the time the order was supposed to be ready. We get it if they are busy, but the workers friends were in there so they were busy visiting while they prepped the order. Even worse was after we waited for quite some time someone else came in and threw a fit and they pulled their ticket and put them to the front of the line. So I guess we have to be a jerk to get our order on time. Very disappointed in the service.

First of all, I love their pizza and recommend it. Second, their heart shaped pizza was a huge miss. Definitely not heart shaped and they didn’t give me the cookie dough lol. Still good though.

Love Papa Murphys! Can’t go wrong w/ a Cowboy. Recently forgot to do 1/2 garlic chicken and CJ was quick to help us out. Thanks.
