The people who work here were very nice. I ordered 2 pumpkin shaped pizzas (which looks great) and I ordered 2 of the mini murph pizza kits. I mentioned my daughter is a toddler and was hoping to get pineapple instead of the pepperoni (Shes a little young for pepperoni) and the guy was very kind about letting us change that part for her. I opened the box and saw they cut the pineapple smaller for her as well :). Everyone there was very nice, good portions, good service. Will definitely be returning to this one!! Thanks for making our Halloween dinner a good one!!

They used a dollop of an older sauce for my pizza. I felt sick that evening. Not sure if that's connected. I got the stuffed chicken bacon pizza and it was very delicious. I still have a few slices left in the fridge. If I would suggest anything, go big or go home. Get all the food you feel you could eat that week and cook it tonight, then refrigerate the rest into you want to eat it. The Cinnamon monkey bread was sub-par but the Garlic Monkey Bread was top tier. Always a great buy.

I placed an order for pick up and went 30 mins after my time to get it and they haven’t even started on it. So I have to wait another 15-20 minutes for them to make it even though I’d placed the order almost 90 minutes prior. My side dish items I’d already paid for were out of stock. I asked the employee to refund it while I was there. She said she had to “go to the back” to do it and I’d see the refund come through later. No surprise…. Never got the refund. I’ve tried calling to inquire about it and they never answer the phone. Very frustrating experience. No more take n bake in my life I suppose.

I have been here a few times before; this last time when I placed an online order, the expected time of pickup went up by 1-minute increments from 30 minutes to 34 minutes when I finished checking out. I show up to pick up my order and the pizza is the only thing ready; the monkey bread and cinnamon pull-aparts are still being worked on. I was given an estimate of 3-4 minutes more of wait time, ended up waiting at least 3 times that amount of time. Ridiculous. I thought ordering ahead would ensure little to no wait time on location, I literally may as well have just walked in I'm pretty sure it would have been the same amount of wait time if not LESS. Estimated pickup ready time was 34 minutes from when I placed my order, actual wait time ended up being more than twice as long. I wish the website would warn people that certain items are taking a much longer time to prep than the others, because I wouldn't have ordered the sides if I had known it would be such a hassle for everyone. I prepaid a pretty penny for everything, so I'm not just going to leave without the majority of the items, because getting a refund would be even more hassle. Just a warning to everyone else, if you're ordering anything other than pizza it is going to be a longer wait. Recommend: the $9.99 XLNY pizzas for cost effectiveness.

Utah has a one of the worse pizza scenes, which has been a huge complaint of mine since moving here. Surprisingly this place is halfway decent, and even though it's take and bake it's better than almost all of the takeout pizza chains around

Great take n bake Pizzas. The Pizza’s are fresh as can be & easy to cook at home in the oven. Great selection of ingredients and larger sizes too, all well priced. I add more cheese usually. Also, considering the price & taste compared to some other ready to eat Pizzas this is a step up. I actually messed up the first time I ordered ahead lol, I thought I was getting a finished Pizza but I’ve become a return customer at Murphy’s because it tastes great! Cookie dough is great too!

The woman working was visibly upset because I came in 30 mins before the store closed. I asked a question pointed at the pan pizza on sale . She said, "What do you want I got 1 pan pizza, 2 topping, and a cheese bread, 26.00, then she proceeded to make in throwing stuff around, going in the back slamming stuff. The pizza dough was definitely not right she just shoved a whole bunch in. As she continued throwing things around. I walked out of this store feeling guilty for going in and bugging her. Customer service is terrible Attitude terrible.

From store to oven and on my plate took about 35 minutes. Very fast and pretty darn good. If you haven’t tried the thai chicken yet out it on your list. Trust me I was a little hesitant at first too. But it turns out it was pretty good The staff was pleasant and treated us very nice Would definitely order pizza here again
