Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza - Pizza restaurant in Cheney - 1808 2nd St, USA

I’m visiting from out of state, my son loves your pizza so we ordered one for movie night. Phenomenal!! Why don’t we have Papa Murphy’s in GA?!! ❤️ I think I can talk him into another movie night as an excuse to order another before I leave...but hey, who needs an excuse?!! 😉

The new Calzones and meatballs are absolutely great. Airfryed the calzone at 370° for 6 minutes on one side, flipped it over for two minutes and my sausage, mushroom, mixed onions and pepperoni was perfect and delicious!!

Horrible service the employee was very rude and asked me for my name multiple times making fun of it, and was asking if I can pay for my food??? He kept staring at me and and made feel unsafe.

I am staying at the Holiday Inn express Hotel and had a pizza delivered. Not realizing it was completely uncooked. DoorDash said nothing. The restaurant said nothing. How am I going to cook a pizza in my hotel room this place is for the birds I’d like to use other words. I’m sure this is not the first time this is happened when I called they answered and said they were closed and hung up.

Put chicken on a pizza that had it removed. Showed receipt, and nothing. Had to buy a replacement. No thanks.

Like so many other businesses since the pandemic customer service has went downhill. Waiting for an order that was already done, watching a grouchy lady making walk-in orders and refusing to even acknowledge my presence until I yell hey is my order ready yet. Not even a hello or have a nice day. Sticking to Rosas next time.

This is the very best Papa Murphy’s I’ve ever yet been to. Every single time I come here and buy a pizza, I’m very much pleased. Customer service is off the charts and even more so is their jalapeños! I’m picky with jalapeños but when you get those here, it’s perfection. Keep doing you whatever it is you guys do here, cause it’s working.
