Papa Johns Pizza - Pizza restaurant in Elkins - 425 Davis Ave, USA

I just had the worst experience I've ever had with a dining experience at this Papa John's location. I'm livid with the way the staff treated us! We came the night of the fireman's parade so the road in front of the location was completely closed off. The only parking was on the side of the building because there was papa johns delivery vehicles blocking the side entrance to the lot. We went in & picked up our order, and returned to our vehicle to eat & watch some of the parade. About 5 minutes later, an employee comes out & asked us to back up so one of the drivers could get out... no problem there... we backed up plenty. I assumed he meant the vehicle that was blocking the lot was moving but all it did was pull up a few feet so the vehicle blocked in the lot could move. On his way back into the store he grabs a sign & sets it pointed at my vehicle that says "delivery driver parking". At this point, I'm aggravated but my 6-year-old is still eating in the back seat. Another 5 minutes went by and a female worker approached my vehicle asking us to move altogether. I asked her where exactly customers were supposed to park. She proceeded to look into my vehicle to confirm we were in fact customers but didn't have an answer for me. I told her how rude they were being towards us and she walked away. Never again!!

Thanks for the teaspoon of sauce with the cheese sticks. That’s very appreciated. Cheese sticks was not done never go back there again

Excellent service! The night time manager on this specific date Excellent at food making loved it! And great conversation to boot!! Will definitely he returning!!! Chefs kiss!!!!

My favorite pizza, service is always quick. My son said this looked even better than the pic on the website!

I grew up on the East Coast. Their NY pizza is NOT good. It's no better than Domino's.

Papa Johns has really upped their game with their epic stuffed/pepperoni stuffed crust. I'd recommend using the Papa Johns app for all your orders. You get rewards towards a free medium pizza.

Love this place it's one of the only places the pizza doesn't give me heartburn also love the reward program. My order has always been right and I love the little peppers they give you. My only wish is they sell Coke products.
