Hands down best Papa John's ever!! I'm just passing through and I stayed at the motel 6, not only did my driver come all the way to my room, he was so sweet and professional!! The woman who took my phone call as well, super sweet. Hands down store 1675 is the best papa John's ever!! I ordered the new Yorker cheese light sauce well done, Hands down one of the best delivery pizzas I've ever had!! The cinnamon bites were to die for!! Wish I lived closer!!!!!
Best chain pizza place in town. Pizza isn't overly greasy, doesn't taste awful, and its still very filling. It's pricier than Dominos or Little Caesars, and tends to take longer to prepare (though I've had cases where its been as little as 10 minutes). Side condiments deserve a shoutout too, the cheese dip is especially quite nice when paired with their pizza. The only place I find better than this is Gondolier, which is a dine-in restaurant in the outskirts of the town.
How quickly a good experience can be over ridden by 1 bad experience. I called to place a take out order and someone in India answered the phone. I attempted to place my order, but the call center employee could not understand me, nor could I understand her. I then called back and pressed 5 to speak to a manager at the actual store. I was then told that I would have to call the call center to place my order. All we wanted was dinner. Thats all. Simply ordering 1 lg pizza is now complex and as aggravating as a trip to the DMV. 20 minutes later, here I sit at the competition. Gotta go now. My pizza is ready.
Would have given 5 stars but honestly the girl at customer wasn't all there it seemed like didn't say thank you or even have a smile on here face basically just handed us our food the pizza was excellent but as far as customer service she needs to work on that
We ordered 2 pizzas and were soggy and not great don't think I'll go there again, David
I’ve tried this location three times since moving to Athens. 1st time, there was a bug with my pizza -thankfully, they replaced the pizza. Second time, PIZZA WAS BOMB. Third time, only half the pizza was actually cooked - the other half was still dough underneath the toppings and you couldn’t even pick up a slice. Disappointed when PJs is pricey pizza and only comes out good every once in a blue moon.
Very good pizza, just too expensive.
The BBQ chicken Papadilla was excellent. I will definitely go back for more.
