Tubs are messed up. Gotta be something with the sewage línes, añd they won't give you a discount for it. Í have tried boric acid and all. Rats are bad.. Hot water heater ñót up to code

DO NOT STAY HERE The rats are horrible the manager Justin will yell and scream at you if you have a visitor instead of asking you to not have visitors he will come with a bat an and beat on your door this was a first warning of no visitor MY NIECE WHO IS 12yrs old came to visit me I’ll try and post this video

Dude if wasn't for the area being how it is this motel, would be top of my list. Great management, reliable yet logical. Changed my whole outlook on that place!!

This place had so many roaches in rm #1. I woke up with roaches on the bed with me it was like that movie joes apt! I couldnt believe they would even rent that room out to anyone. Tub was big room was pretty big and theres a kitchen of its own even a walk in closet which couldve easily been used as a bedroom! There was foos left in the cabinets like laying out. Chips and stuff a can of beans and the refridgerator and stove did not work! I hate to say this but it was so disgusting although management was really cool people and would give us time to pay rent. That was the best part and room 15 was no roaches but it was the smallest room id ever seen! It costed the same amount as rm 1 which was $90.00. Felt like a rip off honestly!

If it wasn't for the loud upstairs people above our room I would actually rate this hotel five stars. Now the main reasons I say this is because the hotel might be out dated a little but the respect and love you feel from the entire employee base makes you feel just that ...loved and welcome. The rooms are clean and neat but feels like 90s which are good for longer stays. We also enjoyed the location giving great access to downtown or west to the mountain within 10 min or n/s just the same. Over all we really enjoyed our 3 weeks. I only recommend if you live or stay above anyone please be mindful of your feet and the types of floors you are walking on. Its not only respectful but it's also how anyone would want for themselves

Infested with bed bugs! My son and I have been bitten multiple times.We have been staying here in between housing and first off its freaking cold because the windows are super thin and there is no weather strip on the front doors threshold and the heater is so close to the bed that it's too hot. So either you'll freeze or burn up. The kitchen floor and carpet are filthy even after they do house keeping. We spent two days trying to clean in here to make it more habitable. The mattresses are wrapped in saran wrap and they used top sheets as fitted sheets and they do not stay in place at all. The beds are nice and big and other wise comfortable. I like the size of the room at kitchen and the staff are friendly and they do house keeping several times a week. The Wi-Fi is really no good to be honest you're better off using your data. Only two of the burners on the kitchen stove work. I wish I could give this place more stars because the customer service is outstanding but it's just too dirty and gross we are going to have to leave tomorrow.

The carpet was really sticky and the TV was possessed, turning on and off by itself until it was unplugged from the wall. They had the mattress wrapped in plastic so there were no bed bugs but I swear a flea jumped on me at one point. Has a full kitchen and a bathroom. No shampoo. If you really need a place to stay this place is habitable. The maid knocked on the door at 830 am and asked for our key and when we were leaving. Didn't feel unsafe. Not the worst place I've ever stayed but definitely needs to be deep cleaned thoroughly. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a while. This was our last resort.
