Avoid this location if you can. I ordered a chicken caesar salad and it came with plastic in it. photos attached.

This location is trash! My orders in the last few months had been hit or miss. Today, I placed an order online for 2 salads and a coffee that totaled nearly $40. They delivered the wrong order. Instead of apologizing, the staff laughed and acted like he was doing me a favor to remake and redeliver my order. After waiting nearly an hour, I called to cancel the remake and demand a refund. The manager put me on hold but I heard her talking about me to the person who was supposed to redeliver my order. When she returned to the phone, I confronted her and she hung up in my ear. I will be escalating this up.

Guess no one knows how to answer a phone at this location. I live in FL and someone stole my card info from my Panera account and used it to order $55 worth of food. Took what money I had left in my account. But nobody wants to answer the phone or respond to my emails so that’s cool. Screw you Panera.

I love Panera Bread I love their food however I gave 4 stars for Service Because first of all they are always friendly but yet they're not always accurate. Sometimes they won't be paying attention and they give me the wrong stuff. Then they keep giving me cold bread. Like One time I ordered a salad They gave me the wrong dressing twice , my salad had no chicken and I ended up with cold bread. The reason I still gave them 5 stars is because they did phenomenal with correcting what they had done. The manager gave me her name which was Roxy as she told me I can come back and get a free salad. They gave me the whole meal free. Thx miss Roxy 4 your help

I bought a Cobb salad and there was no meat Had a small piece of Avocado and 1 hardboiled egg cut in half I hope this was a mistake and not the new recipe:(

This location just Sucks So Bad. They get my order wrong in some way every single time. Request for extra croutons? How about we give you none! Want your sandwich toasted extra? How about raw or burnt to a crisp! Other highlights: -Their iced tea is so over stepped it's undrinkable -The apples are always bruised to the point I just toss them -It took barely three months for the new location to get as dirty as the old one. Just go to the La Plata location. There's none of these issues.

Update: Changing food to 1 star. Decided to go back to see if anything improved. Got the chicken bacon ranch sandwich with lettuce and tomato. It gave me the worst FOOD POINSONING of my life. Still throwing up today from it. Avoid restaurant at all costs! New location is absolute garbage. Location is more convenient, however the design choices are baffling. Drive through is probably the most brain dead decision in a restaurant. You aren’t fast food bud. Nobody wants to sit in a drive-through for a minimum of 20+ minutes. Old location had nice booths, comfortable seating, plenty of shoulder high walls to separate the “store front” with the restaurant and a fireplace to tie together a cozy aesthetic. The new location has gone for an open design with hard seats and lack of any comfort. It now looks like every other bland fast food joint. Whatever moron executives that decided this new design was a good idea needs to be taken back to whatever interior designing class that they obviously failed in. You aren’t a fast food place. Stop trying to be one. Service is usually great though.
