You can't eat inside. It's very small, but there are tables that once we're used for dine in. They are filled with stuff. The service is usually friendly and quick. You can't use the drive thru. The sweet and sour chicken everywhere else comes with the red sauce, including some peppers, pineapples, etc. This place doesn't have that. They acted surprised when I asked them the first time I ordered where those items were. They aren't included. It's not terrible. But it is the closest one near me.

Food is absolutely delicious. Been dining here since they opened, can't say I've ever had a bad meal.

Quick. Clean. On time. Sweet and Sour and General Tso is really good. Portions a bit small and a bit pricey but worth imo compared to some other places semi locally.

It's near impossible to find good Chinese food in Winnebago and Boone County. Panda is tucked away in the Poplar Grove area across from the Candlewick entrance. Atmosphere is low because it's definitely a take out restaurant. However, the kitchen is 100% visible and you see all of the goings-on in the making of their orders. I like this because they are a very clean restaurant. The food is typically ready in 10-15 minutes and the people are nice. The hot and sour soup is made to order and the crab rangoon are wonderful. From my experiences in the area, best Chinese food around.
