Have been eating at Panchos for over 2 years, always had an incredible experience whether dining-in or getting takeout.
The previous two experiences have been disappointing, and tonight was the worst. Whatever teenage girl they have answering the phones and taking orders is very rude, argues with the customer, and doesn’t know the menu. They say she is new but she’s been there for months. Then several of our combos tonight were completely missing the rice and beans, others were made wrong, and everything was just soggy and unappetizing. I don’t know if there has been some kind of change behind the scenes, but it’s not like it used to be. First world problems, I know, but it was $100.00 tonight to feed the family with Panchos and our money would have been better spent elsewhere. They offered to have me drive back out to pick up rice and beans but I would rather just have a refund.
Delicious authentic Mexican cuisine, Wonderfully prepared with extras. Although my order was lunch to go, I would definitely consider this restaurant for dinner with friends/family. The mariacha music playing was beautiful and definitely made it an uplifting atmosphere!
This was my 1st time ordering from here, I got a chimicanga and rice. It was ok, wasn't crispy though and the rice was over cooked to being soggy. The chips and salsa were good. Wasn't impressed overall.
Went here for lunch. Wanted to try a new Mexican food place. We did not care for it, from the atmosphere, the service and the food. It was not good. No flavor or taste to the food. Had a beef burrito, taco and an enchilada. With rice. Plus the salsa and chips. Prices average. But we will not be back. Better Mexican food options around.
We love coming to Pancho’s! The servers are very friendly, and the atmosphere is fun. The food is consistent and tastes so good, from the meal down to the complementary chips and salsa! 10/10 would recommend!
One of my favorite Mexican food restaurants I have ever been to. It's 100% authentic, which usually leaves me with no idea what I want. The wait staff listens then recommends something and I have yet to be disappointed. I'd recommend any of the drinks from the bar, as they are pretty standard. Always a good meal at Pancho's.
During a stop on my road trip, I opted for takeout at this Mexican restaurant. Unfortunately, I was surprised that sour cream wasn't provided with the quesadillas. Upon requesting it, I was informed it came at an additional cost of $1.25 for a small portion, which seemed excessive. Understanding the importance of condiments in enhancing dishes, it would have been appreciated if they were included or offered generously. Moreover, the portion size of the quesadillas was notably small, more suitable for a child than an adult.
Staff is always friendly. Food is great! Portions are huge. Prices are amazing.
