Pancheros is normally one of my favorite fast food restaurants. As with everything fast food, there's really not a "5 star" fast food. I think we all know that, so when I rate a fast food place 5 star, it's in comparison to other fast food places. This time it was not a good experience at all. Got there 2 hours before closing and ordered a chicken & rice bowl. All that was left was a few crumbs of chicken, dried out and crumbly. I mentioned I'd like to wait for them to make more chicken and the server just dished it up and ignored my request. The meal was not good. I frequent the moorhead location, they deserve a 4 to 5 star rating every time, not this place though. 🤬
Plenty of parking, fast/friendly service, and delightfully more enjoyable than Chipotle. The quesadillas were tasty and the softshell tacos 🌮 were also savory and surprisingly low cost (only $6.--!). Me and my two young sons like this spot as a quick stop in the middle of running errands!
One of our fave places to eat in Fargo! There have been a few times when we have been WAY overcharged. But overall it's a great place for fresh Mexican food
I came into the restaurant and wasn't greeted at all. And waited on them to make 6 online orders befor even speaking to me. Then when I asked for fresh carnitas because the carnitas they had have been sitting open and for a very long time to were it looked like Jerry. She very rudely said "no that's all we got l" very very disappointed. Used to love this place. I WILL NEVER GO BACK THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!
Food is typically always great. Sometimes I feel on delivery the food is not out together as well or it has been missing the meat of all things. Service is great when there. I have had twice now where I pick delivery on the app and my food did not show up. The email said pickup instead of delivery. I think if the app can communicate better between patron and business, this business will be top notch! The queso is my favorite!
Lady is absolutely rude. Food looks sloppy. I tried to explain to the lady and she just kept talking over me. I won't be coming back. I got a bowl but the guy with a burrito got more inside his burrito than I got in a bowl. I said light rice. I say the size of scoop for the guy versus my scoop size and it was a big difference. She got very impatient and started talking over me so I couldn't even get to that point. I just left. Folks like this should not be working in customer service. Toxic and ADD
Being my first time here, it was clean and staff was friendly. The portion for the price was pretty small. One tiny scope of chicken in that big wrap was just not the portion one would expect. Overall, the food was good. We will try it again.
Must be the new employees because this place used to be awesome but in the last few months they are frequently out of ingredients, the food is hardly kept fresh and hygiene steps take by staff are questionable. You shouldn’t be ringing up food, handling cash, and using the same gloves to prepare food. Time to switch to chipotle.
