A rather innovative playground for kids, especially various climbing opportunities for the older kids. Got your swings (well built). Bouncing see-saw thing. Various inertia-based contraptions that use your weight to spin you till you wanna vomit. Decent restrooms. Semi tree-shaded green areas (big enough for basic activities but not enough for a formal football/soccer game) with picnic tables. Gym. Basketball court. Small skate park area. Doggie bags for responsible owners to clean up after them. Ample parking lot and street parking. Some cons. One of their drinking fountains doesn’t work. Playground may look soft but rock hard. Make sure your younger ones are wearing jeans or long pants. Not sure how often they clean/maintain the park, if at all; went in the morning and saw some food around the toddler play area (pizza, cookie).
Was actually here for a free compost day, but this small park is pretty nice for local kids
I love the relaxed nature of the Park
Lots of working playground equipments. Restrooms are bright. Got an indoor gym. Parking is terrible. Each parking space is sized for golf carts. Everything ends up taking 2 spaces. Got a storm drain on one side, parking on another, streets on the other 2 sides so additional open space separating the neighbors.
A little gem in my neck of the woods. Little mama likes it so it's ok by me. Wish they would reach out more to the local residents! I walked in on a little event for locals without knowing about it! Hit us up!
Great indoor basketball and the outdoor court is great also. Well lit courts
It's pretty secluded and normally not very crowded. Great playground which is fun even as an adult, skate park, basketball court, and lots of open space to throw ball or whatever in. Great park!
Nice park and plenty of space for kids and families to play and relax. The trees provide of a lot shade and thereâs a covered gazebo for parties or for picnics. Thereâs a field on one side you could easily set up for volleyball or play some socce
Really pretty scenery. We went for a low rider car show briefly just to give the kids something to do. They loved it and so did I. I would come back for a picnic next time!
I first joined powerhouse on their 6 month membership in industry. Due to relocation, i came back a year later to Duarte. I will admit a gym like 24 hour is a lot cheaper, however, what brought me back was the staff. Not only their knowledge in the
Got Baked Salmon and volcano baked roll. Both baked to perfection. Staff is super friendly. Prices are very reasonable. I did a pick up order at the end of the night so restaurant was empty as it 5 mins before closing but they were still super patien
