My go-to when I am visiting family in East TN. Love to bring my middle and west TN friends to get some cheddar rounds. Would love for Pal's to spread westward!

Just had to get a drink here, I love their outdoor of their restaurant. Great Marketing. Nice employees too.

I took my family from Las Vegas and they were very impressed with the quality of food served and how quick the service was.

We had order burgers and fries sat in line when we got our food it was cold the cheese wasn't melted the sweet tea was good.

Thank you Belinda, Kylee, Pals , we enjoyed a very hot and fresh breakfast here yesterday morning 03/13/2023. The biscuit n gravy was whipped, fluffy, creamy, seasoned just right smart a bit, the cheddar rounds are crafted with a golden crispy brown fluffy crisp texture. Seasoned just mite right. Temperature was just right on everything. Thank you pals. Delicious breakfast. Keep up the great work team.

Food is great,hot, and fresh. I gave a 4 star instead of a 5 because they have gotten somewhat slower. Pals Great food in a flash use to really be there motto,but not so much anymore.

Favorite fast food that is cooked to order.

Not sure what makes their burgers taste so much better than the established Fastfood places, but I would never turn down a chance to pickup one if theirs!
