Palms Motel - Motel in Pico Rivera - 9431 Whittier Blvd, USA

Rooms are nice. Upgraded. Floors were dirty though, some hair and stains! Comforter had cigarettes burns. Bed was comfy! But staff was rude upon check out!

They do not clean up their AC. Room was HOT! Towels stink of cigarrete smoke. People smoke right in front of your room. No parking measures are enforced, so if you somehow cannot find parking because someone decided to invade the adjacent spot, it's too bad. :( Rude management. Seriously, who gets mad at someone bringing back your keys and remote control to you? I rang the bell to let them know that I am checking out and to personally deliver the keys and remote control (they give you one at check-in). Balding guy at the front rudely tells me, "DROP THE KEYS AND GO! DROP THE KEYS AND GO!" Are they really this lazy? So now you know! At check out time, just drop the keys on the ground and go. :D

The rooms here are clean and comfortable. The color scheme was so much nicer than your typical motel yellows and reds. Includes microwave, mini fridge and freezer, TV with a decent selection of channels, and a walk in shower.

Nice room for the price. Service can be hit and miss. But not bad. I love where it's located. Very close to anything you need.

Good motel for the price , owner was kind enough to let me stay in a renovated room . Only issue was that the heater didn’t work but other then that everything seemed clean . Tv had accessory plug ins to connect your PlayStation and other games, as well as usb connections to charge phones , as so did the nightstands . Didn’t see roaches like everyone else so I am very happy and satisfied.

It’s a quiet and kind of hidden little motel. The rooms are nice, the price is kind of expensive specially on the weekends. The rooms have big nice tv, and they run background lighting behind the tv, and on top of bed. Very nice room lighting Definitely will stay here again

Customer service is immaculate rooms are newly renovated and immaculate the ambiance is immaculate shopping and dining car close by within walking distance the area around is safe and lit up at night

This place is so tiny that you have absolutely zero privacy and really should change its name because it's a hostel not a motel. The walls are tissue paper thin and you can hear every single syllable of your nasty neighbors uh dialog. The rooms are tiny and NOT clean. ||4 of the rooms literally have doors that are all 4 touching each other. ||There were piles of dirt in the room everywhere like they never heard of a vacuum. ||"Housekeeping" called at 10:03 the second I got out of the shower bc they were obviously listening to see try to rush me out because checkout is at 10:30. Which is I guess late enough because everyone seemed to clear out nice and early but that could be because of all of the cops that frequent this place. It was just cops and shady people. I heard my neighbors headboard pounding all night and every word of their conversation. Yuck. ||It smelled disgusting too. I need another shower now and almost left an hour after checkin. Can't believe this dump cost me $70 total.
