I wanted to take the time to let you know about your exceptional staff we experiencd during our vacation from July 24-27. Every staff member at the Oasis pool from the desk staff to bar staff were fantastic but one named Phillip was truly exceptional. Every time we needed assistance he both willing and happy to do so. On one of our trips to the Oasis pool our son broke his swim goggles. Given that my son has both sensory and adjustment issues I knew I needed to get them replaced asap. I immediately asked Phillip where I could purchase new goggles. While he provided me with a recommendation he did even better and offered for us to borrow a pair from the lost and found. We ended up finding the exact same style as my son's prior pair. Phillip's generosity helped us avoid a complete meltdown and possible compromised morning. Finding exceptional people who go above and beyond is a rarity and should be recognized and rewarded. Please know what an amazing employee you have and do everything to retain him! Thank you again Phillip and Palmilla Beach Resort staff for an exceptional vacation!
Wow. What a beautiful place! Beyond my greatest expectations. 2 bedroom 2 and Half bath. Just super. Extremely close to the beach. Golf!! Golf. And more golf. Pool included. Felt safe. Plenty of room to roam.
Great golf course, staff, and onsite restaurant.I only gave three stars because this multi-billion corporation wont give military discounts to Vets, but only active duty. We paid $90 to play golf and to give a discount won’t break the budget. What a way to give back to those who defend this country.
Had the best time here, the service was amazing and Jacqueline at the front desk was such a help and made sure our whole experience was smooth sailing!!! Also she showed us to this cool bonfire spot where they provided us with s’mores. Overall definitely recommend going there for a vacation getaway!
I so wanted to like this experience more than we did. We come from a golf course community, so we were hopeful when we decided to go to Reds to sit outside, listen to some music and have a nice dinner it would be an enjoyable experience . We sat down, and no one waited on us, even though there were three girls in back of the bar. A waitress came over to a table next to us, picked up their menus, and didn’t even acknowledge us. We sat there & no one greeted us or looked our way. My husband finally had to go up to the bar area and ask if anyone was going to come over and wait on us. They told him someone would be by and gave him some menus. I was hoping to get a appetizer and I asked if I could please get chips and some guacamole as I noticed that avocados were on the menu as well as on their nachos. She said she’d have to check with the chef. She came back and said I guess he’s being difficult because he won’t do that. Excuse me, we are the customers paying for some thing and the chef cannot put some guacamole in a bowl with some chips? Not great customer service at all. We asked for some water after we had ordered. We sat there and listened to the guitar, player which was a nice touch, but after 10 minutes, no water came. My husband got up again and went to a lukewarm water station that was outside the bar and poured us two glasses of water. The food arrived in a timely manner, and it was actually quite good. But again, we noticed several girls lounging around talking behind the bar and not attending to their customers at all. If Pamillia wants to be a premier golf course community then it needs to start being attentive to its customers which will make or break an establishment. Unfortunately they lost two customers that won’t be coming back.
Rented #401 while attending a wedding at Palmilla Resort. Notified the management company the A/C wasn’t working at check in and was ignored. Three additional calls and a day later a maintenance worker came and said ‘oh, I’ll call the air guys.’ July in Texas is not the time to mismanage property. Several hundred dollars per night is too much when a Motel 6 would have better customer service.
Very good golf course for a 9 hole. So crowded
We had the pleasure of staying at Palmilla Beach Resort in Port Aransas. We received the most exceptional service from all the ladies at Palmilla Beach Resort. Tiffany Zuniga, Misty Capley and Whitney Stewart all went above and beyond to make our stay memorable and amazing! The beach condo was absolutely breathtaking and gorgeous. We loved the walkout balcony, amazing location, the pool, the delicious restaurant, fun beach bar, everything was fabulous! Cant wait to go back!

Enjoyed seeing the sunrise! Picturesque. People were fishing from the beach. Saw that they caught catfish, perch, and a small shark (which was returned to the ocean). The water was perfect, not extremely cold. Not warm. Walked the beach. Admire Port

We enjoyed seeing friends play at the Third Coast Theater. Two different bands, Friday & Saturday, both were great shows. The venue is 150 seats, it is a snug fit. The sound in the theater is very good. It is a "Listening Room" not a place to dan

Gotta hand it to Coach's... darn good breakfast! We stopped in about noon on a Sunday, not breakfast time for sure, but Coach's pounds out breakfast until 2:00pm everyday! It was great! Service awesome (Thanks Rokki!), the foo was delicious, and e
Stayed here for two weeks in our fifth wheel trailer. We loved this place. The staff is so very friendly. It is just a short walk and you are on the beach. They have activities. My wife attended a water color paint class. She enjoyed it very much. Th
Nice clean room close to the beach. The heated pool at 90 degrees was a plus point for me and my kids when the weather was cold outside. There is a nice library near the lobby as well. Breakfast here is above average as some other reviewers wrote.
