Oh goodness, where do I even start with this amazing venue?! My husband and I have shared many special moments here from anniversary date nights, to finding out the gender of our baby girl over a delicious meal, to most recently staying overnight and having our baby shower here! I don’t have the right words to express how amazing Whim and Mieke are. Not only are they so easy and enjoyable to work with, but it’s incredibly evident that they absolutely love what they do and will go the extra mile to make sure that your experience is memorable and unique. The grounds are gorgeous and I cannot speak highly enough of the food. The breakfast we had the next morning after staying the night was one that I dream of, and each time we go for dinner we are beyond satisfied! I’d highly, highly recommend Palmetto Riverside Bed & Breakfast for any event and date night!

Mieke and Wim are the most delightful and friendly hosts, and make you feel like welcome guests. The B & B is beautifully appointed. We have never seen a breakfast so lovely and delicious, and we have been to many brunches. We also had dinner at Chateau 13 and this was a remarkable 5 * hidden gem.

As a chef, I don’t go out to eat much.. but when I heard about Palmetto Riverside B&B, it sounded worth checking out, plus I was long overdue on taking my wife out. The whole evening was awesome. The atmosphere, the service and the food. Definitely worth the trip.

My wife and I wanted a quick getaway so we went to Palmetto Riverside B@B. How absolutely wonderful our stay was. The room was very beautiful and immaculate. In the morning a breakfast was served beyond compare and many choices. What care in the presentation. Also cocktails and hor d'oeuvres served at 5PM. Mieke and Wim could not have been more gracious. Have been to many B&B's this is the best by far. We shall return.

This place is absolutely perfect. Me and my wife got married here and absolutely loved everything about this venue. Wim and Mieke are great hosts and the most heart full people. This place is a regular Bed and Breakfast, a special event venue and once a week an amazing restaurant with 5 course dinner.

Trust the reviews! Wim and Mieke set the highest bar in the Bed and Breakfast industry! The location was idyllic, the service impeccable, and the breakfast was amazing. It felt like high tea at an exclusive club. ||My wife and I stayed for two days as part of a short vacation through the area. It was our favorite spot.||If you are looking for a relaxing getaway where you will be served with excellence, look no further. We will eagerly stay here again when in the area.

I can’t say enough great things about this place. My husband & I just recently got married here & the weekend was absolutely perfect. Mieke & Wim went above & beyond to make sure our weekend went as planned. From serving us breakfast to every little detail in between it was nothing short of extraordinary. We will definitely be back to celebrate our future anniversary’s. We have made memories here that will last a lifetime! If you are looking for a wedding venue I highly recommended Palmetto bed & breakfast.

In every respect, and outstanding, excellent venue for food, hospitality, and room accomodations.|We actually live nearby, but were enticed to "spend a night". It was amazing.|As someone else mentioned, it is nirvana.|Wim and Mieke should be proud of what they have built together.
