Palm View Motel - Motel in Riverside - 6038 Mission Blvd, USA

Mgmt is not friendly & does not allow any visitors or other people on property. Rooms are very old & extremely small & need renovation badly! Very dingy motel & not worth the prices they charge. Security on site but they are prejudice & racist & are utter tyrants! Mgmt is horrible!

Worst place ever! I rented the room for $75 and they kicked me out 2 hours later. They said they would call the police. The lady was rude. I was so tired. Had no sleep. Had just got off work. The room smelled bad. Floors are disgusting. So cheap can't even change their capets. Big Crack under the door enough to fit a rat. Don't ever stay here. Ur better off sleeping in your car. Very unprofessional owners

Horrible DON'T STAY HERE . By far the worst motel I've ever stayed in. A/C leaked on my wife mold everywhere. My kids walked on the floor for 20 min barefoot and their feet were as black as oil in their parking lot. Would not help me with things I would ask. Might I add that we were all here for almost a month and not 1 time would clean give me towels toliet paper. Would go in our room when we were gone and tell me that I could not use certain items to plug in when we got back. Unbelievable.

We have a car accident and that was the only motel near me..so we decided to stay there for the night..we went to the office and the men in there..told us in a really bad Actitud tht they wer only taking cash and he went to the back . we call him again and ask him tht wer could we get cash..lik an ATM.. He goes "ANYWHERE😠".. i was lik OH No..so my husband went far walking looking for cash..cause our car didn't work after we get the.. I stay at the van with my kids. Ok he get the cash we pay..OMG really bad rooms..spider webs everywhere.. Roaches in the restroom..heater not working .. Was re7ally cold lik at 4am..we couldn't sleep.. Worse experience ever..we stay cause we have no choice...we give u an arizona ID ..how can i give you California iD when i don't live there...room didn't even have wifi and microwave... I don't even want to do business with you anymore ..horrible experience...couldnt believe how you wer talking to us ... Sooooo Rude. Need more kindness.. And yes we leave water on your parking lot cause of the accident.. It was WATER. .we clean everything before we leave..that place its durty already.

I Would NOT stay here again. I would go to motel 6 if I were you guys. Don't spend your money here. Staff is very unfriendly and don't care to help you I was staying there's whole week and they act like all try can give me is one roll of paper. The room the gave me was DISGUSTING. There is cigarette burns all in their nasty carpet and cigarette burns in the blankets they gave my family, my four year old niece came to visit me there and she pulled out an old beer can from under the bed! They clearly don't clean. I couldn't even use the shower because they had mold all over the shower and shower curtain. They TV valve cords were all chewed up by something. Plus everytime I'd leave and come back the staff feels the need to go up to my car and stare and stare they are nosey and rude. The only person cleaning is this really elderly lady that clearly can't do much. My motel room smelled terrible like old moldy room TRUST me as far as good service and cleanliness your MUCH better off staying at motel 6. Afterwards I rented a pet room at motel 6 and It was 1,000 times cleaner and better. Not to mention, they are expensive and go in your room while youre not there!!! AND to the palm view worker who replied to my review, It was an OLD MOLDY beer can that had CLEARLY been under there for MONTHS, SO don't come at me with that "oh maybe the gusty winds brought the can in". You guys obviously DO NOT clean. And I have recently been there and there is NO NEW FLAT SCREEN TV AND NO NEW CARPET!!! This motel has some NERVE lying to my face about how nice your rooms are. I've seen it with my eyes! This motel needs to be closed down. SO UNSANITARY!!!!

Don’t waste your time! Rooms are terrible & smell horrible!! I asked for a different room they refused & will not give your money back. They are really rude aswell never again

I can only say that I have not had any problem with this place, the people are very friendly to me and my boyfriend, they had hold a room for us and they went their way to help us I really appreciated that...

Horrible service. The rooms are disgusting. Gave me a half a roll of toilet paper. The towels barley fit around my waist and I'm not even big. Lol. They are rude as hell and don't care about their guests Would never stay in here again if they paid me.
