Palm Pavilion Inn - Hotel in Clearwater Beach - 18 Bay Esplanade, USA

Highly recommend! Extremely clean and the absolute perfect location. Free parking right next to the hotel, and less than a minute walk to the beach! Housekeeping went above and beyond to ensure comfort and cleanliness. We didn’t have to use our car much as everything was walking distance. The Grille is also amazing! Staff was so friendly and offered recommendations and tips since this was our first time in Clearwater. We will definitely be back!

Really nice little hotel and a great location! It is not incredibly fancy, but it is well kept and spotlessly clean. Our room was a bit tight, but we managed fine. Staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, from the housekeeper to the front desk to the parking lot attendant. Free parking was a really nice bonus, and we enjoyed the beach towels that they provided. We didn't have kids with us but also noticed they provide beach toys for them to use. Location is wonderful and just a couple minutes away from the beautiful beach. (Someone else called that part of the beach "unsavory" in their review, but I have no idea what they were talking about, as it seemed like a perfectly normal stretch of beach and I never saw anything the least bit "unsavory.") We didn't use the pool, but it looked very well-maintained and clean. Restaurant/bar next-door was very good, with good service and excellent food and drinks. Live music there was also quite good and fit the Florida vibe. Hotel rooms must have been pretty well soundproofed, as I never noticed the music from next-door in our room or really any other sounds either. We will definitely be happy to stay here again on our next trip to Clearwater Beach!

An icon of Clearwater Beach ⛱️ reminds me of the old mom and pop places back in the day. A last min booking was a bit rainy last March of 2024 as the days seemed a bit rainy. However, as people canceled, we had a great deal. The room was clean, coffee in the entryway, and, of course, the beach. The staff is always friendly too. We don't stay in Clearwater Beach as much as we did when our kids were younger and also because we live nearby. Also, one of the best things is that the PP resteraunt is right there. So close to everything. The food and staff are 👍

We LOVED the Palm Pavilion and WILL be back. I won't waste my time looking at other hotels/resorts. All staff members were very kind and helpful. They willingly gave us tips and recommendations for anything we asked. The location is perfect as it's on north Clearwater Beach which means it's away from the crowded beach areas. If you like to collect shells, it's only a half mile walk to the best area to find them. We found dozens of sand dollars. We walked everywhere we went and ate at the Pavilion Bar and Grill (separate, but right next to the hotel) multiple times. All meals were a 10 out of 10. We're already itching to go back!

If you’re looking for a clean, basic room this is a great place with an excellent location. Right On the beach, but away from the main drag in town. The restaurant next door is excellent with amazing service as well! Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back.

I can't say enough about the Palm Pavilion Hotel. It's located in a great section of Clearwater with access to shops, hotels, restaurants and basically anything you are looking for. The beach is only steps away as well as two restaurants and an ice cream stand. The rooms are very clean, the staff is friendly and helpful. They have daily beach towels and who wouldn't want free parking! I plan to go back again and again.

We stayed at Palm Pavilion Inn right on the sands of the Gulf of Mexico and had an awesome time there. The hotel offered free parking and complimentary refreshments 24/7 to all guests and the staff were super friendly. The hotel rates were extremely reasonable especially in light of the fact that we were literally just a few feet away from the Gulf sands. The hotel offered a very nice pool with perfect temperature at all times. They also offered free children's beach and sand toys which came in very handy for the toddlers in our family. The fact that Palm Pavilion's own bar and grill was located just across the parking lot added yet another huge value. The restaurant was very conveniently located right there on the beach, and not only did they offer a large choice of menu items, the experience came with live music throughout the day with views of the Gulf of Mexico from just about any table. We will definitely come back here again during our future stays at Clearwater beach.

My adult daughter and I recently stayed here, and it was a fantastic stay. It was right on the beach. It was a quiet and seemingly safe place to stay which we wanted. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. The pros: location, location, location! Also, it has a nice and very clean small pool which we found absolutely delightful. Our room was very clean. And basically all of the grounds were clean. We had a car and the hotel offered free parking. Once we were there, we walked to most things we wanted to do. They offer a coffee & tea area. Also, they have a bunch of pool and beach "toys" to borrow so you don't have to buy any (if you need something like that). We had already bought pool noodles and just left them behind for someone else when we left. This hotel checked all of the boxes I would've wanted for a beach hotel. There would be two cons that I could mention that did not affect us (so they were not cons in my book) but maybe would be an issue for other travelers. They are that the only breakfast item offered was Quaker instant oats. The other is that it has 3 floors with no elevator. But...like I said....they did not affect us and we were so happy with our stay. Hope we can return again in the future. Did I mention that they give returning guests and extra discount? How nice is that!
