You'll never find someone that's going to do everything that Justina done for the motel she dedicated put a lot to effort to get the job done right she made sure the beds were made perfect mirrors were clean she used to put to much into her job always respectful helpful and honest from day one . and 12 years she put into this motel 12 YEARS FOR WHAT ... and the way the new people done her was not right at all .. one thing for sure is you'll never find another like Justina... She deserves better as hard as she worked for this motel

used to go there all the time but there is a new owner at the property the manager is RUDE and opens doors without knocking ! This new management is horrendous and miss the old owners Forgot to mention there is now lots of ghetto people that are being given rooms 🤮

It was definitely built for a different era. But what it lacks in amenities it makes up for in necessities. The room has a small fridge and a microwave oven. It's a place to crash for the night. There's no work space, not even a phone to call the front desk. If you're picky and want room service this place is not for you. If you're looking for a reasonable room for a reasonable rate then yeah. You're like me. It serves its function well.

This place comes highly recommended by me and my family. Not only do we love this place but we stay here as well.and i can say hands down the most humble place i have ever had the privilege of staying. Big high five to management❕ Thanks for making me and my kids trip awesome. Thanks you guys it means allot to us. You never have gone unappreciated and stay in our prayers always

I looked everywhere in Montclair, Pomona, Ontario, and even Upland for the perfect place to stay for the right price....and finally found the Welcome Inn Motel...this place had the most BANG FOR BUCK! It was cheap, quiet, clean, and comfortable. Not to mention safe (there's a sheriff's station right next door). The manager was a sweetheart. She gave me a discount just because she knew I was strapped for cash. I stayed in the Kitchenette suite (I had a separate kitchenette, a separate bedroom, a separate living room, and a separate bathroom). There was free internet and the price was right! I made friends with some of the people who had been staying at this motel for years and it provided a very family friendly environment. The satellite TV was nice and I never had to worry about parking. The local swap-meet / drive in movie theater was fun (if you get a chance it's right down the street...you should go). After business was done, I decided to stay a few extra days, I rented the jacuzzi suite and felt like a million bucks. Too bad all my trips haven't been as nice as this one. Other places should learn from the Welcome Inn Motel. They kept it simple, honest, clean, friendly, and pleasurable. Too all my fellow travelers...HAPPY TRAVELS! =)

I love this place very friendly fools very homey it was a good stay I stayed for 3 1/2 months and let me tell U super clean very respectful and nice and caring management I love both were amazing me and my bf and my brother love this place affordable and highly recommend anyone to stay here

The Welcome Inn has undergone some changes for the better since undergoing new management. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The pricing is reasonable. The environment is cozy and quiet. The management is very friendly and understanding. I highly recommend The Welcome Inn to anyone.

Close to where I live. Service was okay. But the room look like someone was bleeding. Don't get the last room on the right that has a bath tub. But either was scary exciting experience for me and my wife.
