I have stayed temporarily 3 times over a period of 10 years.The rate is reasonable. Bathrooms in the hallway are usually kept clean. There are cameras in the hallways,no overnight guests allowed. This hotel currently has an infestation of bed bugs. FIRST TIME EVER! I used bed bug spray and put the comforters and pillows in the dryer to kill them by heat treatment. After a week they returned. I felt like I was being eaten alive. It's worth
it to pay more and sleep in a clean environment. The management caters to men and transient med were found to come in and shower and tear up the women's bathroom. Most of the people were double rooming. Could be noisy at times especially on the weekends. The tenants don't care or respect other people's work schedules.
Had to take this at the last minute due to my boyfriend being admitted to the hospital.... Manager was really nice and polite. Offered me room upstairs with private bathroom. Room was small, but perfect for my circumstances. The no visitors thing was a little excessive but given the covid-19 circumstances, I'm certainly not complaining. Would DEFINITELY recommend and stay again.
Sorry for the misunderstanding. It was a Scheduled Pest Control service for all the hotel rooms once in a month and is mandatory to keep the facility clean from bugs and other insects. Upon request by guest we did not perform the pest control service in particular room so that the guest have not to move out for few hours as it was health concern. We always respect our guest request and their health concern. We once again sorry for any misunderstanding during conversation.
I can't believe I even gave this evil man my money. He has to have the hotel sprayed for roaches,which I said was ok. However I look at the warning and it points out that pregnant women have to wait 24 hours before come back into the room. I went to him and asked if he had another room for me or was he going to give a extra day for the inconvenience since I already paid for 7 days. He look down and said plain as day THIS IS WHY WE DON'T RENT TO PREGNANT WOMEN. I felt hurt and disrespected I will never return. Such a horrible man
I was so thankful to find this place. No its not the ritz but for a older building its well kept. they keep it clean. The room has a plasma tv and there pretty cozy. For someone new to LA. The weekly rates are super affordable. Guest are quiet and stay to themselves no craziness. Ive been here two weeks and im very happy!
Been coming here on and off for the past 3 years the manager is really nice and works with you as long as your honest and on time with weekly payments..the only thing I think needs improvement the beds need to be bigger other than that comfortable with my stay always
No bathroom in rooms, but the bathrooms is very well kept and very clean. Also its no drama, gang and drugs. The manager is nice guy, but at the same time I just keep it business. Also the price is very cheap too.
Kicked us out the room cus some one was paying weekly we had no choice but to stay because it was cheap but its confirmmind they do have bed bugs so it at your on risk
Stayed here in 2019. Stayed again in 2023 and it's still on point. Tasteful decor, looks and smells clean. Nice spacious suites and common areas. Sofa bed mattress looked rather tattered, but room was perfect otherwise
