What a cool place to stay! Built in 1957, this property is well-maintained, cheerful, clean, a step back in time, and 2 miles from Honeymoon and Caladesi State Parks, which have beautiful beaches at both. The property provides bicycles to use, as well as all sorts of beach needs, and noodles for the pool. | We booked a suite with a kitchenette; the rooms are well-appointed, with decorative touches that make it feel like home. The queen bed was very comfortable with pristine soft linens. |The property pool is wonderful, going to 9’ at one end. Also very well maintained. The night lighting on the property gives it a very festive atmosphere! Parking is in front of each room, and there is a small table and chair outside of each room for smoking or social gathering. There is also a restaurant, Covered Bridge, right next to the motel for delicious breakfast and lunch. Discover Dunedin, and stay at this property while you do. Great place!!
This is a great little motel. Staff and owners are very friendly. The place is clean with a beautiful pool area in the perfect location. The price is great and they have lots of items you don’t need to bring like beach chairs, towels, coolers, umbrellas, sand toys and even bikes. The small kitchens are great added bonus with full size refrigerators. This was our first stay but not our last.
Palm Court Motel is pure magic! The motel is adorable, sparking clean, and the clientele is so friendly. Best of all, the man that works there is friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. The motel has plenty of beach gear for guests to borrow if you’re heading to the beach, there’s a pool and grill with all the necessary tools if you want to use that as well. If you’re near Dunedin, stay here, you won’t regret it!
Our second time staying here and again it was delightful! The rooms are immaculate and so refreshing! Seating outside. Walkable to nearby restaurants and the causeway. Close and easy drive to Clearwater This is our go to place to stay!

We stepped back in time entering the drive and our room, but the experience was nice. The owner was so helpful, the room was very clean and adequate. They will loan you almost whatever you forget, but do use your sound machine app. They do provide a product for body wash/shampoo/conditioner, but bring your own shampoo and conditioner.
Hands down the best place to stay in Dunedin! From the moment I rang the bell, Anthony was an amazing host. You can hear and feel he wants to make your stay a wonderful experience. He was able to accommodate my last minute request for a room, got us checked in quickly, and gave us a tour of the room amenities. As for the room, it is clean, comfortable, smells amazing, has a very comfy bed and a kitchenette. I could go on and on but I couldn't do it justice. The place, the host, and the pool exceeded my expectations. Don't miss out on this diamond in Dunedin!!!
Sea Side Artisan apartments is a great place to stay while in Dunedin. The rooms are large and well equipped for your stay. Anna is a great host and replies promptly and accurately to all our questions. The location is perfect for walking to both be
This pizza is beyond amazing. Order and enjoy. The owner even takes special requests. This is coming from a guy that made pizzas from scratch most of my adult life. The first picture is the Chicago Style Deep Dish Crust and the second picture is the
Quant little Gem tucked away amid several small businesses. Proprietor very knowledgeable about teas and eager to share his knowledge. A small magnitude of tea varieties adorn the back wall in stay-fresh containers. We purchased a hot Peach variety
Highly recommend Cotherman Distilling Co. If you are looking for a casual bar in the heart of Dunedin this is it. Mike the bartender is friendly and attentive. The drinks are top notch since they make their own liqour. There is something for everyon
