PALM BEACH Waterfront Suites - Hotel in Palm Beach - 3031 S Ocean Blvd, USA

This is a wonderful spot for r&r. My husband & I had a one bedroom apartment. This is clearly an older establishment, but very clean - no weird odors. It was complete with eat in kitchen plus separate dining area, living room, bedroom. & bath. Sliding doors from bedroom & living room open to balcony (we chose 2nd floor) for amazing views of the inter coastal waterway! All was spacious - balcony had 2 lounge chairs, table & 2 more chairs. Plenty of towels in the closet & the resort loaned us chairs & umbrella for the beach. No restaurant on site, but across the street you can walk to Atlantic Ocean and Benny’s On the Pier (serving breakfast, lunch & dinner). There’s parking across the street if you prefer to drive. Our 1st night we ordered Thai food that a local spot delivered, next we went to Benny’s. All the food we ate was fantastic. FYI - the resort itself has 2 floors but no elevators. ||Jett checked us in. He was friendly & professional. We plan to return & will request 2nd floor as lizards visited 1st floor patios (see photo).

I really enjoyed staying here. The staff was outstanding. I was not going to be able to get there until after 5:00 p.m. and the office manager was going to be gone by that time. However, she put the key in the box for me so that I could stay in my reserved suite. The apartment suites were kept very clean and has everything that you could possibly need. Very quiet and relaxing. I recommend this place to everyone. I definitely give them five stars all the way and always will!!!

The place has a look and feel of Motel 6. The cleaning is not up to standards for these COVID times. Doesn’t look like frequently touched surfaces, telephones and TV remotes were cleaned, much less disinfected. Closets are dirty and their floors are gross, furniture not dusted. I feel disgusted to unpack, never mind putting my clothes in those closets and drawers. The dishwasher is rusty, I wouldn’t use it. The dish drying rack was dirty. The carpets are old, dirty and stained. There is a huge dead insect on the floor in the powder room. ||The swimming pool is tiny, no room for adults if a kid is splashing there. ||The bed linens are clean and white, but headboards are dusty.||So if RCI doesn’t move us to another resort, I will clean, disinfect and dust the unit and make the best of this 7 day stay.||The beach nearby is not good for swimming, too much seaweed. To enter the pier there you have to pay $1 per person. Not much, but ridiculous for a public beach.||Do not recommend this place.

We arrived here after the madness of Miami. What a welcome sanctuary this place was. Friendly staff on arrival at check in. The condo was excellent value for money, spotlessly clean, which arriving amidst the coronavirus certainly put our mind at rest. We had a ground floor condo number 107, amazing views and the perfect place we would have liked to stay in isolation! Didnt really use the facilities on site, just happy to chill outside on the patio which was well equipped with sun loungers and chairs. Would return back here in a heartbeat.

My wife, kids, and mother-in-law loved this place. Spacious rooms with great views of Bay from each of them. Furniture a bit dated but we didn't mind as everything else was great. The pool is private with views of the Bay. You are only a short walk to Beach and Lake Worth Pier. The staff is very freindly which we all know is an important part of experience as well. Overall A+ trip we would love to do again...

While we enjoyed our stay this resort did not live up to the ratings listed. The staff were great, they did what was necessary to make us feel safe because of the virus but this resort has been around for many years. Be prepared for dated furniture, decor and appliances and you will not be disappointed. Well worth the price.

I secured this listing through AirBnB. That's how I usually find places that are not hotel stays. I was there from January 17 through January 21, 2022. My room was 207. The check-in process was easy. They have a beautiful water view both front and back. They also have a full kitchen with dishes, pots, pans, silverware etc. Two tables....one in the kitchen and another in the dining area. The bed is king size and the bathroom has two entrance/exit ways. Free wifi...if you are on the 2nd floor (like I was)...a nice balcony with 2 lounge chairs and 2 upright chairs. Nice size pool with plenty of places to sit and lounge around. Also they have 2 bbq grills. Free laundry area too although you have to take turns washing your clothes. Free parking although if you want to get close to your unit you'd better get there before nightfall because spaces fill up quick! As I said in my AirBnB post....the only issue I had with the place was the sliding doors were a little stiff to move. Also the metal bar attached to the window frame is loose so you have to be careful and hold on to it when you pull on the strings to pull back the blinds. Very peaceful and quite and walking or driving distance to the beach! Will stay there again!!!!

I would give it 3 stars, but I am giving it 4 stars because I liked the location a lot and would stay there again just for that. Technically in Palm Beach, this place is basically in Fort Worth and is in very close walking distance (literally right across the street) from the beach and a pretty good beach restaurant called Benny's. It's a full apartment style place with a kitchen and living room so would be great for a longer stay. However there were some issues. We were given the wrong code for the lock box and struggled to get it open, eventually giving up when another guest told us that we could just use the door code to get into our room without opening the box for the paperwork. The place was like stepping through time into the 1990s but felt fairly clean. At 5:30 in the morning, a broken sprinkler was aimed directly at our window, which was very annoying. I did mention the problem so hopefully it's fixed.... Then, we went out and came home late at night to discover a large roach in our living room, on the ceiling. We tried to get it but it fell and hid under the couch. When we went to checkout the next day I mentioned there was a roach in the room, thinking that they might be able to get it out before the next guest arrived. However, instead I was told falsely that it was not a roach but a palmetto bug (yes the roaches in this area are palmetto bugs, but it's still a type of roach) and that "there's nothing you can do about them in Florida." I am a native Floridian who lives in Florida, so I can tell you that's 100% not true. While you can't always keep them out, you can most definitely make an effort, and at the very least you can try to remove them from a room when someone has told you there is already one inside.
