Love the place, they help me since I'm new to tanning. The girls that work there are nice to look at as well.

Horribly business practices. They try to get you to pay in advance for several services then will stop offering that service. They will not refund. They recently purchased a lovely place called At the Beach in Moore and only a few weeks after the purchase, they have gotten rid of all the red light therapy beds and will not refund people who purchased red light therapy plans. They are very dishonest. BEWARE!!! I would give 0 stars if possible! When I asked for a refund for the 2 months I had prepaid up front, they told me I would get a refund. Two weeks later they told me no one is getting a refund because there are too many people asking for one.

Bright bulbs and I love the face fans on the bed. Clean and welcoming facility. The staff is very friendly and informative.

So I signed up for tanning services at the beach tanning, and on April 20 they sent me a text offering a 50% discount if I upgraded. So when I got back from vacation I went in to upgrade on Friday 4/29/22 and was told that their system was not allowing them to upgrade my account. She asked me to come back the next day so I did. I went in on Saturday 4/30/22 and again I was unable to upgrade. So later that afternoon I called to ask what my options were since the offer was expiring that day. The lady told no worries that they would be running the offer for another day. So I go in Sunday 5/1/22 to try and upgrade and by no surprise they tell me that they were unable to upgrade my account because it was in the process of debiting my account for $79.99 which is $40 more than what it would have been if they upgraded my account on the 29th when I originally went in. So I asked if I would be able to upgrade on Monday 5/2/22 and she said no because that promotion is no longer available. So I feel like they just delayed me upgrading until the promotion ran out and they could charge me full price for month to month which is more expensive and they make more money that way.

The employees are very nice. The bed button dont all work. The tanning product is price very high.

Absolutely love this particular store! Kristal the manager is amazing and so helpful! She is so consistent with her professionalism and cleanliness of the store and beds. She works along side her staff and stays on top of any issues that may arise and deals with them better than most I've witnessed in past experiences.
